"Bay Watch" - AWESOME Condo with a bay view and golf cart!

"Bay Watch" is a tastefully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Sandestin®. Ideal for a large family or two couples, "Bay Watch" sleeps 5-6 comfortably (ideally 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 children). Gorgeous golf course and bay views are enjoyed from almost every space in the home and guests are able to cart, tram, walk, or bike to EVERYTHING in Sandestin®!

* Golf cart (6 seater) included with the rental - MUST be 18 and licensed to drive
* In addition to the golf cart, we also provide TRAM PASSES for easier beach parking and safer trips home from Baytowne. Please use them!

THE ENTIRE CONDO HAS BEEN TASTEFULLY UDPATED. This is a favorite of couples!

There is a king-sized bed in the large primary suite, with a gorgeous view of the golf course and bay. The main bedroom has a private bathroom with a nice tiled walk-in shower and double vanity. The main suite is incredibly spacious with lots of privacy!

The guest room has a queen bed and a full bathroom, with a tub/shower combo, attached.

The living room has a large sofa (with pull-out bed for 2 small people) and three chairs for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. The living room has a smart TV - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip. There is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Bay Watch."

This privately-owned home has a large kitchen featuring quartz countertops, a matching glass tile backsplash, and nice stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped (full-sized refrigerator!) for the enthusiastic cook who enjoys feeding family and friends! A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) is available, and the kitchen includes a sitting counter for quiet mornings as the rest of the crew emerges from their restful night's sleep.

There is a full-sized, stacked washer and dryer in the home with detergent provided.

The outdoor space at "Bay Watch" includes gorgeous views and a spacious deck to enjoy your morning coffee, sun bathe, or dine alfresco. Don't forget to watch a sunset or two! If you'd like to grill out, a charcoal grill is on the ground-level out back on the bayside of the property. It is the guest's responsibility to clean it after use.

"Bay Watch" is located within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the bayside nestled amongst golf courses, the conference center, and Baytowne Wharf! The beach is a mere 1.5 miles away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to cart, walk, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment! All the fun is within 1.5 miles of the front door! * In addition to the golf cart, we also provide TRAM PASSES for easier beach parking and safer trips home from Baytowne! Please use them - they are provided not only as a golf-cart backup (repairs happen) but also for your safety if consuming alcohol.

This guidebook was 100% compiled by us, your hosts, and includes 15 main sections of information, 53 sub-sections of content, 45+ activity suggestions, and 50 dining recommendations. We compiled the information in our guidebook from our own experiences, recommendations of our prior guests, and input from Sandestin® Resort locals. We are excited to share it with you!

The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities that they, themselves, look for when traveling with their family. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including the 6-seater golf cart, a full-sized washer and dryer in the home, power stations on nightstands, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for your use. Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience, and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area (really - we have the data to prove it!).

* This property gets regular pest treatment as part of the HOA.

* Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a security doorbell and cameras outside the condo that record video and audio of those entering the home from all doors. There are no devices inside the home.

* Golf cart keys will be left out for guests after liability waivers are signed and returned
