Great location

This is our third trip to Baytowne, so we really enjoy it. This end unit was very nice and clean. The balcony was large and shady. The only thing I would mention to future guests is the LOUD music late from the bar late at night. Bring earplugs! It ran way past midnight and kept us awake most nights. Other than that, it was terrific!

Best place ever!!!

Had some major problems with our trip because of a health accident with our pup. They were so helpful to us and helped us with our reservations in such a caring way. Loved working with this group. Will be back again. The property is so much more than anyplace we have stayed at in the area. Everything you can possibly need is all in a convenient location.

Great Location

If you are looking to stay on the bay side of Sandestin, this property is in a great location. It is very close to, and has easy access to the village. We walked through the village every night and enjoyed all the activities. There was a DJ one night, a band another, and the "Jet Ski Guy" which is pretty cool to see the tricks he can do. We always enjoy going to the Sandestin area, either the bay or the beach side.

Great Condo

Very nice accommodation. Great location, although somewhat loud from bars after hours. Baytowne Wharf has everything you need. Never have to drive anywhere after checking in.

Sweet and sour

Overall the property is in good conditions. I reported Sunday that the closet door on the master room was completely loose, to the point that door came off and hit my son in the forehead leaving a mark. The screws from the hinges couldn’t be place and secure as the holes on the frame where too big and there where no anchors . No follow up, to fix the door or even to see how my son was. Shower on the master bathroom had mold and we mention that when I called and was told that the door was going to get fix and the shower clean, but neither happened. Everything else was spot on. Love the location and the amenities. Alex

Baytowne is our place to stay

We always enjoy staying at Baytowne. We have stayed in many rentals around Baytowne but the Market Inn and Pilot House are probably our favorite. This rental at the Market Inn was beautiful and was just as advertised. Check in/check out really easy. Until next time…

Great Stay!

The condo had everything we needed, and was so comfortable! The location was great, we could walk downstairs to tons of restaurants and bars. We didn’t use the kitchen, but if we had, it had everything we would have needed!

Absolutely perfect location and beautiful property. We have already inquired about staying again!

We stayed for my husbands birthday. The weather wasn’t great for going to the beach but being right in the center of the little town made the weekend great! Everything you need is right there. The pool was beautiful and fun. I couldn’t ask for more!!

Fun Vacation Location!!

This property was perfect to enjoy all SanDestin has to offer! We took early morning walks around the village and marina, stopped at Charlie’s Cafe for cappuccinos, then returned to the condo to sit on the wrap around porch and listen to the village wake up as the kids slept in from their late night out at the safe Baytowne Village restaurants and bars dancing, singing karaoke and meeting other students. We all enjoyed the multiple pools, activities, shops and amazing restaurants and of course the ice cream shop within walking distance. This condo had everything we needed to cook and serve breakfast and snacks, we just ran for one large grocery shopping trip. The condo was very clean and up to date, and included items to clean all of the sand we incidentally brought back from our day at the SanDestin beach. We would definitely rent this unit again for its cleanliness and its proximity to the activities at the Village. Thanks for letting us stay!
