"This resort is breathtaking between the room itself and the view! We (my boyfriend and I) stayed in a private Villa with two pools and didn’t want to leave the room! The attention to detail immediately stood out to us. They brought us little goodies to try during our stay such as cookies, caramel, etc. Everything was beautifully designed and clean. Every staff member was extremely kind and helpful. They have restaurants which we ate and experienced incredible service from staffing and delicious food. My boyfriend, now fiance, proposed during our trip to Thailand. The resort set up our room with tons of petals and flowers on our bed and jacuzzi to celebrate the proposal. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone and hope to someday come back. This place would be hard to top!"

"We were greatly disappointed upon arriving at Deva - our Expedia booking has stated private tub and balcony, neither of which was included in the standard room. It also stated free beach shuttle but this also did not exist. Staff spoke very minimal English so you could not ask any questions. The pool closed at 7pm, which was disappointing. The beach is not swimmable and the tide has it out most of the day and the coastline is all washed up coral and rock. They do not maintain the part of sand on the property. No hand towels or face clothes provided. Also did not provide bathroom soap. Only redeeming feature was the proximity to the most amazing Thai cheap food with warm friendly atmosphere - PlaiLaem Tam Sung"

"Good resort with good amenities, well maintained and very helpful staff. Kid's club was very good with hourly activities. We rate 4 out of 5 stars since the food was okay-ish but not great (compared to other restaurants on the island which are much better). Overall we would recommend and also would be happy to come back."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed with my wife. It’s worth paying the extra money when booking to get the breakfast. If you know you’ll spend a good bit of money here, get one of the cards that they offer. We got the gold card and it was worth it. We really enjoyed the food at The View restaurant. We were able to meet the chef and he seemed like a good guy. Something that I didn’t enjoy about the restaurant is that for the staff says that it’s 750 per person but the front reception desk staff will say it’s 500. I’m not sure if the restaurant is owned by a different company than the resort. If not, it’s weird that it’s different prices. The views in the morning over looking the sea are nice. Since there were many hours of travel, we did appreciate that everything we needed was in a centralized location. We did one of the shorter tours. The massage at the end was intense. We decided the day before that we wanted to get married on the resort. The event manager, Air, was able to get us a ceremony pulled together and everything was beautiful. We got married on the beach and the staff was a part of the wedding. Also, the staff member, Fon, was a part of the wedding and took great care of us anytime we were in the restaurant. We appreciated how accommodating and welcoming everyone was, the food, and the views. We will definitely be back."

"The Resort was excellent. The Villas were beautifully kept with some unique features which made it very special. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. It had a magical feeling in the evening looking out at the sea with a beautiful breeze. I would thoroughly recommend this wonderful place to anyone "

"When arriving at the hotel the lobby and reception area was beautiful. We were greeted with a cold towel and a refreshing little beverage. This was well needed after the travel. Our room and the outdoor facilities were amazing. The staff made the stay extremely easy and were always 10/10 for service. The food and drink were second to none. "
