Welcome to Kassa Blanca on the private side of Lake Anna! You and your guests will make a lifetime's worth of memories at this beautiful waterfront home. Enjoy the 250 feet of waterfront, large dock and boathouse, fire pit, outdoor shower, Trex deck and stone patio, all just steps to the water. Take the kayaks or stand up paddle boards out and cruise around the lake, fish off the dock, play games on the gently sloping lawn, have breakfast in the garden or enjoy happy hour on the screened-in porch. There is also a hot tub where you can take in the amazing view while letting all your cares slip away!

When you are inside this immaculate home, you will enjoy the quartz counter tops and spotless appliances in the newly updated kitchen, renovated bathrooms, three 50-inch+ smart TV's, luxury master bath and tasteful decor with over 3000 sq feet of living space! **2024 updates: new floors installed throughout the upper level and new outdoor shower. The house has everything you could need for a perfect family getaway! The fees include full linen service, towels, trash removal, and maid service. We have thought of every detail so all you have to worry about is enjoying all the lake has to offer.

This is now our second stay. We absolutely love it here! This side of the lake has alot less boat traffic so bring a boat if you have one!

We had 5 adults and 4 children ranging from 18 months to 11 years old. There was plenty of space that we didn't feel on top of each other but small enough that we still felt like we were on a family vacation. There was plenty to do for all ages and it was very relaxing. Highly recommend this place for a family vacation!

This was our 4th year staying at Kassablanca, and we still love every minute of it. We do have to save up all year to afford this fantastic place, but it is worth it. And the owners are SO responsive if you have any question or concern! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house… outside and in! Love the wide lake views, large partially shaded dock, nearly level lot, many water “toys”, lovely landscaping, very well-equipped kitchen, multiple interior living spaces/decks plus close proximity to grocery store. Very responsive owners as well!

Kids loved this quick trip to Lake Anna. The water was warm and all kids 8-18 were swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The dock was a lovely place for everyone to fit completely and hang out.

We all had a fantastic time!! The house and property is absolutely stunning. The owners have thought of everything!! Stunning views of the lake as soon as you enter the house. Fantastic screened in porch area where we enjoyed meals and playing card games. A peaceful dock area to relax and read a book while enjoying the breeze off the lake. The hot tub was relaxing and the canoes/ kayaks were so much fun. It was a fantastic weekend getaway.

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing! From the check in process to communication with the owner, all was smooth. The pictures do the property no justice. This is the second stay at Kasa Blanca for our group & we were very excited for a return visit. The home is lovely, very well equipped & offers a beautiful view of the lake. Had the weather been warmer we would have taken advantage of all the lake toys provided. Next time! Our group visits Lake Anna on average of twice per year. This is indeed the perfect Lake Anna waterfront home.

We just love this place, and the owners, who are incredibly thoughtful and responsive. This was our 3rd stay, and this time we decided to make s'mores down at the fire pit, and we were shocked to find it all laid out for a fire, with brand new store-bought wooden marshmallow roasting sticks! Incredible. A beautiful house and property, with all the shade and toys to keep a family from 14 yrs. to 80 yrs. old thrilled!

Stayed at this house for a long weekend with some of my girlfriends and we had a great time! Steps away from the water, a great dock to hang out on and swim off of or paddleboard (small fridge there was great to take down snacks and beverages!), and the hot tub was wonderfully relaxing! The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and then some, we had multiple lounge areas for the group, and the bedrooms were good size for adults. The upstairs shower was massive! Having a turnaround in the driveway made parking a breeze and, though we didn't need to go out during the weekend, we were super close to grocery stores and restaurants if needed. The hosts were very kind and extremely fast on responses to questions. I'm already talking to my husband about visiting again!
