The lower level provides even more space to spread out with a game room, entertainment area, and two additional bedrooms, each with outdoor access to the serene surroundings. Step outside to the expansive deck, where you can enjoy al fresco dining, grilling on the gas BBQ, or soaking in the private hot tub while taking in the peaceful views. The Neighborhood:
Seclusion Shores is a premier waterfront residential community located on the exclusive Private Side of Lake Anna. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing.
This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay.
Getting Around:
While Seclusion Shores is generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction across the water at Compass Cove. We have ample free parking at our home for groups with many vehicles.

Our fully equipped home is ready to host your getaway with a gourmet kitchen featuring ample counter space, modern appliances, and all the tools needed to prepare delicious meals. Coffee lovers can enjoy their favorite brew with our Keurig.
Outdoors, unwind on the spacious deck with a gas grill, soak in the private hot tub, or gather around the lakeside firepit. Water lovers will appreciate the dock with tie-up space for 2 boats, and easy access to Lake Anna’s warm waters. Indoors, enjoy the game room, board games, books, and entertainment options like Smart TVs for streaming.
For extended stays, the home includes a Washer & Dryer for your convenience. Whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure, Segundo Viento is equipped with everything you need for a memorable lakeside experience!

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- Located on Lake Anna’s Private Side.
- Dock accommodates tie-up space for 2 boats.
- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked.
During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
$ per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
$3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
