Great location for terminal 3 .. walking distance within terminal Easy to get into Tokyo using monorail. Room was clean and had all essential things. Shower room en-suite slightly strange behind a glass window / curtain but had everything required for an overnight airport stay !

We did not pay for the breakfast. The hotel is modern, has a hip feel to it and the location is unbeatable. Amenities we used: coin laundry, luggage transfer service (not part of the hotel). Small cramped rooms with step up bathroom. A real budget option that is not value for money. Good location but full of cheap tour groups with over an hours wait to check in. We cancelled our 5 night booking after one night and paid a penalty. Definitely not suitable for a family or persons with mobility ...
