This apartment is conveniently located next to the Oak Leaf Trail with easy access to Milwaukee. The building features a fitness center, outdoor pool, and community amenities such as a farmer's market and tap room and beer garden.
The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

- Free street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind the city requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 5 nights by searching online for "Brown Deer Overnight Parking" and choosing the first result
Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability
Requirements:
- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
*Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.
