The is a second floor apartment that is walking distance to GCSU and GMC, convenient to a grocery store and CVS, with easy access to the most popular restaurants and coffee spots that students and locals have come to love.

Enjoy having two master bedrooms each with king beds. The living area has a comfortable queen pull out couch right next to the indoor patio area. The apartment also has a full bathroom and spacious kitchen and tons of natural sunlight. There is a $500 fee for anyone who smokes inside and a $500 fee for anyone who throws a party.

Needs a little TLC
The renovations have been done well. It’s an old building that has had a recent facelift. WiFi was awesome and neighborhood was pretty quiet (other than the song of the cicadas). However, the description did not prepare us for the neighborhood. I’m glad my business partner was with me because I would not have stayed here alone. There are several stairs outside of the building and several inside to get to the unit. We had a few bugs around (including in our beds) so extermination is needed. Also, it did not seem as if the unit was freshly cleaned before our arrival. The shower was not clean. Maybe there had not been a renter for a few days but with the cost of cleaning on this unit I expected it to be fresh.

What a beautiful apartment! It was just perfect for our family of 4 adults visiting our daughter at GCSU. We loved the decor and the character and the proximity to downtown and the college. We highly recommend and hope to stay here when we visit again

Perfect stay!
Loved everything about this little place. It was clean and very accommodating for us during Parents’ Weekend. The location was ideal distance to downtown and we utilized walking a lot. The only non-5 star given was due to the neighborhood which can’t be helped. There was an altercation between parties next door resulted in several police being called. Besides that, it was a great experience. Will definitely book here again.
