「It is a disgrace that Expedia lists this property. The bed had bugs (not bed bugs) more like silverfish. The toilet leaked and overall felt unsafe. This place is just nasty, feels more like a by the hour place. There was even a $5 deposit for what I have no idea. The staff could not articulate what it was for.

「We arrived the property around 4:10pm on 6/9, and realized that the owner or hotel.com didn’t send us the check in instruction, so we couldn’t get in. We tried to contact the owner listed on the hotel.com, but the phone number is out of service. So we contacted hotel.com, they got same info. Eventually hotel.com said they will cancel my reservation and book a new one. Now it is 5pm, the owner suddenly sent us the access code. We finally can got in.
