As regards distance to the city center, is you mean that taking the subway (which is just in front the hotel) that leads you to the city in 20 minutes is too far, than we agree with you. Egregio Sig. Patanè,siamo dispiaciuti che le informazioni relative alle regole di alloggio per gli animali da compagnia, siano state oggetto di incomprensioni. Il nostro albergo resta comunque un Pet Friendly Hotel con un regolamento interno che rispetta il confort sia degli animali (siano essi accompagnati o meno) che di tutti gli altri ospiti. Il regolamento, come ha potuto vedere, prende in considerazione i vari aspetti del soggiorno dei nostri ospiti.In ogni caso, la ringraziamo sentitamente per il tempo dedicatoci al telefono per chiarire il malinteso e speriamo di averla nuovamente come nostro ospiti.
