The room was clean and the host was very helpful and responsive with questions that we had. The location was also great as it was a short walk to the train stations and buses. The area also felt safe.

Excellent property, really enjoyed our stay, brilliant location, lovely big room, however the property description did not match the reality as the property is occupied also with the hosts who are lovely and very friendly but the property description says only visitors will be at the property so not what we were expecting

Lovely and clean property! Good bedroom and bathroom facilities with a nice view from the bedroom balcony. Only a 28 minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes on the metro. Some nice bars and restaurants around the apartment. Only negative is that it is not made clear that you will be sharing the house with the owner and their dog. However this did not affect us and was not disruptive in any way the dog is very cute :)

Not entire place

The place itself is very well located and very clean. Great view from room! Check in is easy. The only thing is the listing does not mention that the room is located within an apartment with people living in it. Although the couple living it in were wonderful, the listing never mentioned that. Listing should be updated to reflect that. If this was known the listing would be 5/5 stars. If you are OK with that, this place is excellent!

Clean and tidy room in an ideal location. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. The bedroom is within a shared home, but there is a private bathroom.

The room is a bedroom in someone’s residential apartment which means you were staying in someone’s home for your stay. This was not stated on the room advertisement which is misleading and it should be. The couple are lovely but better communication is required so travellers are aware of what they are paying for.

Une grande chambre dans un appartement charmant! Une vue magnifique sur une jolie rue animée. L'endroit était très propre, confortable et sentait tellement bon, parfait pour un court séjour. Même si les propriétaires sont présents, ils sont très discrets. L'appartement est dans un beau quartier (pas touristique), très sécuritaire près de pleins de petits restos, du métro et du Tramway qui amène directement à la gare. A 20 min de marche du Duomo et du centre de Milan! C'était PARFAIT
