チェックイン時に鍵が与えられないので不思議に思っていると、部屋には鍵がない。1階には4部屋ほど部屋があったがトイレは2つしかなく、そのうちの１つは部屋の中についている。なので鍵をかけると使えるトイレが１つ減るので鍵をかけていないんだと思う。そしてただでさえ2つしかないシャワーなのに１つが使用不能。使えるもう１つのシャワーもヘッドは固定できず、更にシャワールームの扉が一枚ないのでシャワーを浴びるとトイレまで水浸しになる。更にエクスペディアで支払いは済ませていたのだが現地に着くと税金とシーツ代だと言って１泊あたり更に10€取られた。そんなに払うんなら最初からもっと良いホステルを取ったほうがいい。部屋に申し訳程度の貴重品ロッカーがあるが前に泊まっていた客の持ち物などが残っており機能していなかった。従業員は気さくでよかった。

最悪のホテル。宿泊はやめるべき。

今まで泊まった中で、1番最低のホテルでした。サービス面が最低です。 Jordanと名前の受付には要注意。予約変更を一度無料で出来ると言ったにも関わらず、チェックイン時に1泊につき€20の請求がありました。3泊宿泊の予定で変更したため、4泊分の€80の請求。 1泊€13の安宿にもかかわらず。払えないなら違うホテル行けと高圧的な態度で初めから対応されました。最低です。お金を貰っても二度と泊まることはないでしょう。

Infelizmente não fomos acolhidas. Chegamos as 22hs e não conseguimos fazer o check-in. Tivemos que sair e procurar outro hotel. Foi terrível....muita humilhação. Não recomendo .

Proche du centre et de la gare

Bonne localisation. Cependant le prix double avec les charges une fois arrivé à l’hotel. (Bien lire toutes les conditions.) Dans l’ensemble l’établissement est correct malgré une odeur irrespirable dans la salle de bain.

La roulette

Attention! c'est la roulette, suivant la chambre dans laquelle vous tombez. La première nuit, mon mari et moi, avons atterri dans une cellule type carcéral avec des lits en fer superposés et des murs fins comme du papier. La 2ème nuit, miraculeusement, on nous a changé de chambre et là c'était un standing très correct Le pire étant la taxe de 20Euros par nuit, ce qui ressemble fort à de l'arnaque, vu la première chambre

Con artists

Wouldn't let us check-in as it was past 8PM, this couldn't be helped as our flight was delayed but no sympathy or consideration was taken by the hotel. The Hotel was pre-paid and they would not refund the money.

Albergo..quale albergo?

Sono arrivata puntuale (ore 14) per il check in ma ad aspettarmi non c'era nessuno. . Sono rimasta davanti la porta chiusa diversi minuti poi ho deciso di chiedere informazioni al primo piano dove risiede un altro hotel. Gentile il ragazzo ha chiamato l'old Milano House e mi ha detto che per alloggiare, non potendo avere una camera (non so minimamente il perché) dovevo spostarmi in altri 2 hotel: uno lontano dal centro e uno un po' piu vicino. Ovviamente scelto il più vicino e anche quello lasciava molto a desiderare Non ho parole!

Una estafa

No lo recomiendo. Mi vuelo se retrasó y llegué luego de la hora de cierre de check in (8:00 pm). Aún cuando Expedia indicó que la habitación estaba garantizada, al llegar el encargado no me quiso dar la habitación y me sugirió pagar 70 euros más. Tuve que pagar otro hotel porque nunca me dieron la habitación. Sigo esperando el reembolso.

personale incompetente

il posto e la camera no erano male. Però il personale è stato incompetente. Al''inizio mi hanno adirittura perso la prenotazione e ho dormito in una stanza che non avevo prenotato. Poi ho dovuto pagare il servizio di cambio giornaliero di lenzuola ed asiugamani, senza mai trovare nè lenzuola nè asciugameni puliti. Inoltre la pulizia era molto scarsa

Ho dormito fortunatamente una sola notte in questo ostello, igiene pessima soprattutto nel bagno dove lo scarico della doccia non funziona e di conseguenza c'era un lago a terra, sempre nel bagno non c'è ne un punto d'appoggio per i vestiti, ne un attaccapanni. La porta della camera non si può chiudere a chiave, non c'è neanche un armadietto da chiudere a chiave

My stay was non-existent. I arrived after 8pm on check-in date and my reservation had been completely cancelled, with no refund. Surprise surprise. These people are thieves so please only book this hotel if enjoy being ripped off

very bad hotel and staff

Location far from train station, hotel staff including the boss very bad, not friendly, very rude and not accommodating. Hotel is located at 2nd flr no lift. We reach the hotel and they said no rooms available for us we reserved 2 rooms, they said they forgot to reserved the room they transfer us to another hotel ( village hotel ) then we reach there also no available rooms again, the boss said they they have a big apartment only for its up to us whether we accept or not if we dont want we can go they dont care, very rude, we dont have a choice its already 6pm, we accept the apartment , then what worst next, the apartment is not located inside the hotel, its a residential apartment, they bring us to a residential area outside the hotel yes its big but no safety, very dirty and located in the 5th flr. and also no lift again, we need to carry our big lugagae and we are girls they never even help us to carry our luggage they really dont care, and when we reach the room, more worst no aircon and no electricfan, how to survive 5 people in 1 bedroom without ventilation, its summer and so many mosquitoes we cannot open the window and door we're afraid of mosquito bites. really not good. warning to all. and hoping the hotel.com will post my review so everyone will be aware and will not experience what happened to us. On the other hand thank u to hotel.com after we complain to them by mail the next day they relocate us to another hotel for free.

Do Not Recommend

I was very disappointed with this hostel. From the moment I arrived I was received by a guy who was very rude to me. I paid for one of the single rooms and he informed that I needed to pay a fee for bed sheets and towel and another fee for electricity on top of the regular fee charged by cities in Italy. When I asked the guy to explain to me what exactly I had paid for with my reservation he told me that I was wasting his time and that the charges were normal in Italy. I had never been charged for bed sheets in Italy! if you are paying for a room that should be included. He refused to explain to me these charges, I told him that there was no need to talk to me in that way and he said he liked being rude. He obviously comes from a cultural background that does not respect women and talking to women/costumers in that way was completely unacceptable. I asked another employee if he could give me the manager's information but he said he didn't know who the manager was (I guess to avoid being in trouble). I would not recommend this place to anyone, my room wasn't 100% clean and the bed sheets smelled as if they had not been changed. I did not enjoy my stay and if the owner of the hostel is reading this, they need to make sure the people they hire know how to interact with costumers from other countries. It's not enough to know some English, they need to know that in other countries being disrespectful to women and/or to costumers is completely inappropriate.

Extra Costs without a reason

We had to pay extra costs without a reason. It was horrible, the dirtiest place we've ever been. No more again. The people were very unfriendly and not serious! Don't book this "Hostel" if you don't want to get ill (insects)!!! Never again!

Not a great first night.

When I checked in, the single bed I had booked was being redecorate so I was put in a dorm for my first night. I then realised the next day that money had been stolen from my wallet. Fair play to the staff who helped with moving me to another hotel.

很古老，离米兰大教堂三四站地铁。住的是个单间，水龙头都挤到角里了，不好用。卫生间是男女共用的，里面没有必须的洗澡用的。

NO VAYAN! mal trato, no respetan las reservaciones

La experencia con este hotel fue terible: 1.- Teniamos una reservación pagada, y llegamos a las 11pm y ya no había habitaciones, según ellos el chek in terminaba a las 9. En ningún lugar de la pagina decía el horario de finalización del chek in y después Hoteles.com me confirmó que era a las 12... no a las 9. Previamente yo había mandando un correo para avisar nuestra hora de llegada, pero nunca tuve respuesta. 2.- Nos enviaron a otro hotel retirado y pagamos 20 euros por el viaje. Al llegar nos dieron una habitación improvisada con camas atravesadas por donde no podias caminar y la puerta de acceso al cuarto NO TENIA LLAVE, LA PUERTA NO CERRABA. Después de mil quejas y no resolver nada, acomodamos una de las camas para atorar la puerta y dormir tranquilos. 4.- Al día siguiente, volvimos al primer a hotel. Las condiciones de Hoteles.com indican que si no te permiten registrarte la primer noche, como en nuestro caso, tienes derecho a hacerlo al dia siguiente. Al llegar a la recepción y para no hacer esta historia más larga, la persona encargada se portó muy mal, me grito, me dijo que me fuera, hubo manotazos y me quito mi celular amenzando que no me lo daría... Ni un poco de profesionalismo, de comprensión por la situacion en la que nos encontrabamos. En fin, en este hotel son mercaderes que solo les interesa ganar dinero, pagar por anticipado no te garantiza que respeten tu reservación. Son tramposos y groseros.

Sympa et à 15 mn à pied de la gare centrale .

Le OLD MILANO est citué sur un grans boulevard de Milan ! En fait j'étais un peu perturbé au début car le OLD MILANO ets situé dans le LION HOTEL . Ne vous inquiètez pas toutefois car une enseigne est visible du boulevard . Donc le personnel parle anglais, vous pouvez arriver à n'importe quelle heure . HOSTEL propre . Mon séjour s'est passé dans un dortoir mixte . J'avais un peu d'appréhension car c'était ma 1ere fois . J'ai été de suite rassuré car à mon arrivé il y avait déjà une jeune allemande bien cool et après dans la nuit sont arrivé des porto ricains . La bas c'est des chambre de 2 lits superposés ( 4 places) par chambre . Il est clair qu'avec la formule "hostel" il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil fragile car dès que quelqu'un arrive ou va aux toilettes , on est réveillé . Pas de serviette offert par la direction mais la salle de bain/wc était propre . Un coin cuisine sympa , une machine a café (50 cts la conso) , un distributeur de biscuit , une terasse/véranda ,....bref bien cool . A l'étage se trouvent les chambres de couple (+ cher) qui ne sont pas forcément mieux isolés . Dans le quartier c'est assez sympa car un "Carrefour Market" s'y trouve avec un vigile parlant le français . J'aurai dut resté la bas car le lendemain , j'ai été à l'HOTEL CENTRAL STATION et c'était pas la même limonade .

我和另一位意大利室友达成了共识：这里的条件堪比茅屋。浴室很少，早上排很长的队。房间插头少，还有一个居然是坏的。我所在的房间也并不令人感到干净敞亮。离火车站大概十几分钟的步行距离，藏在一条小巷中。没有单独标注的check-in柜台，和另一家共同使用。简直找不出任何优点。可能因为旺季的缘故吧，米兰的酒店旅馆等的价格很贵，这家确实是便宜。但我在欧洲住过的青旅很多，价格都差不多便宜，这确实是令人最不舒服的一家。还好我只住了一晚。

COMODO PER LA POSIZIONE

Bruttissima ma per causa a Voi addebitabile. Sulla conferma di prenotazione non avete indicato IN ITALIANO che la stanza era priva di bagno e non era compresa la prima colazione. Rumoroso a causa della maleducazione di altri ospiti.La stanza assegnatami a piano terra era adibita precedentemente a bar.

A great value for money

great location, very helpful staff, very comfortable room, good heating conditions, but be aware that hot water is not available in the morning. Overall, a good hostel, just a few meters from metro station, excellent choice for someone who wants a good and cheap "base" to explore Milan..
