ホテルは地図で確認
当社の写真(ホテル)と自分が抱くイメージと少しかけ離れて、 少し不安を感じましたが、 ホテルで働く人々は感じが良く、 朝食は豪華なバイキング形式で満足でした。 ただ、旅の経験不足で、 もう少し観光地に近いホテルを選択できなかった事が、 今度の旅の反省点です。

The hotel is nice. Rooms are clean and functional, and the bed is comfortable. Hotel staff are courteous and friendly and we found breakfast to be quite good. What we did not like was the location. If you go to Milan as a tourist don't stay here; it's far from the city and you will spend time and money getting there and back. In speaking with the hotel staff, we are not the first ones to book Litta Palace thinking it's a 6-minute drive to the city center as Expedia indicates, when actually their reference is to a suburban shopping center called 'IL Centro' and we incorrectly interpreted that to mean Milan's city center. To get to the Duomo you have to get a ride from the hotel van (at 15 Euro) to take you to the nearest subway station at Rho Fieramilano (10-15 min ride), then take a subway on the red line to Duomo which is 15(!) stations away. Again, this hotel is nice but not for Milan tourists. Expedia needs to do a better job of making this more clear.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel dans la suite avec bain à remous et ce ne sera pas la dernière fois. Même si cet hôtel est excentré de Milan la qualité du service y est incroyable. La gentillesse du personnel ainsi que la propreté des lieu. Attention particulière dans la chambre qui ne fait que confirmer notre choix d’hôtel lors de nos passages à Milan. Encore merci

Hotel pulito ed in posizione comoda. Adatto a brevi soggiorni, soprattutto se ci si trova di passaggio. Offre anche qualche servizio, che non guasta avere.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour rapport qualité prix correct pour une chambre avec un bains à remous.SPA agréable piscine chaude ce qui n’est pas négligeable et appréciable. À proximité de restaurant et supermarché. Néanmoins il est éloigné du centre Milan qui se trouve à 35min.

Excellent hotel
The staff was very friendly and the location was closer to our airport. This hotel was our last hotel in a long ten days of travel and it was just perfect!

Desinteressiertes Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück. Reinigungspersonal sehr nett und effizient. Whirlpool Nutzung im Zimmer: beim ablassen des Wassers in der Wanne, gab es ein Wasserüberlauf aus dem Duschabfluss der gute 6Mezer von der Wanne entfernt war.

Restaurant was shut and there are not many options around hotel to dine at, unless you drive. As the restaurant was shut not even the room service was available. There is a nice selection of toiletries but everything is in plastic packaging. The most shocking are tissues that are pack in sets of 4 all in separate plastic bag. As for VIP we got 10 Euros off for our drinks hardly a VIP experience.

Personale poco competente e poco chiaro alla reception , non avevano ben chiaro cosa era compreso e cosa no con i vantaggi Silver . Una inserviente mi ha buttato uno scontrino che avevo riposto sulla scrivania in maniera ordinata . Quello scontrino mi serviva per farmi rimborsare dalla mia a zienda soldi spesi che non mi sono stati rimborsati .

Both outdoor and indoor pools were open and I used both. Staff was wonderful in taking time to provide directions and information. A bus stops right in front of the hotel (actually a one minute walk) that connects to the Milan subway system doe for 2.2 Europs you can buy a one day pass or for 7 Euros a full day pass. The bus ran perfectly on schedule so from the hotel to Duomo Cathedral took 40 minutes. David Eisenberg, San Francisco, Ca.

Great for 1-2 nights, not for a family holiday.
Very nice, well kept hotel, most staff were friendly and responded to our needs. Breakfast was fantastic each morning, apart from the breakfast packs that we were given on our last day were awful 3 x mouldy bananas some long life dried bread in packets, some warm yoghurts and some jam. I also do not recommend staying in this hotel with a family for more than 2 nights because there is hardly any storage in the family room (2 small drawers and half a wardrobe). Overall, great hotel for someone visiting on their own or to stay for a couple of nights.

Wir kommen jedes Jahr hierher, weil das Hotel sehr sauber, das Personal mega freundlich und der Außenpool einfach bombastisch ist. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Staff at check in was very friendly. Room was nice and clean and breakfast was also very nice and enoigh options to satisfy a hungry stomach. Check out was as quick as dropping off key card.
