部屋もスタッフも良かった
スタッフは親切でした。部屋も清潔で、特に問題はありません。強いて言えば室内にある冷蔵庫が弱く、飲み物などを入れておいてもあまり冷えなかったので困りました。それから、シャワールームが狭いので大柄な人は使い辛いかもしれません。朝食はパン数種類と、卵料理、ソーセージ、ハムでほぼ全種類です。日本のホテルと比べると種類は多くありませんが、ヨーロッパなのでこんなものだと思います。味も良かったのでおかわりしてしまいました。徒歩圏内にスーパー等ありますが、ふらっと行ける距離ではない気がします。駅からは複雑な道ではないので、迷わず行けると思います。

満足度の高いホテル
部屋もきれいで広く、従業員の人も夜遅くに部屋の金庫が開かなくなっても嫌な顔しないで笑顔で丁寧に対応してくれました。 朝食もいつもメニューは同じですが、そこそこおいしく種類もあるので十分良かった。

Poor selection of breakfast and no matter what time you get there, a lot of containers are already empty and the staff does not replace them in due time, unless they are asked by the customers, very small bathroom with fixed shower head only, old furniture and carpets, thin walls so you can hear everything from the room next door. Overall: definitely not a 4 stars hotel (maximum 2 stars)

Very hot and humid in the room and no way to adjust the temperature. Thin walls so you can hear your neighbors next door. Staff is friendly and hotel is generally clean. Good selection at breakfast.

Das Hotel ist für einen Städtetrip absolut in Ordnung. Die Metrostation war in 5-8 min zu Fuß erreichbar und man fährt direkt durch zum Dom . Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstück war okay aber keine große Auswahl oder besonders . Man hatte was im Bauch bevor es los ging . Das Hotel ist schon älter und das sieht man auch aber insgesamt alles gut :)

La struttura si trova a due passi dalla fernata Sesto Marelli della linea rossa della metro, ciò rende facile raggiungere il centro di Milano e la Stazione Centrale. Camera e bagno ampi ed in buone condizioni. Gli addetti alla reception durante il check-in sono stati gentili ed efficienti, ma consiglio ad alcuni di loro di evitare di mostarsi in felpa sportiva o di consultare il proprio cellulare al front desk, non è il massimo per un Hotel a 4 stelle. La cena è stata una nota dolente. Ho ordinato risotto, buono ma che era palesemente riscaldato, in alcuni punti ancora freddo. Sarebbe stato meglio ordinare d'asporto, onestamente. In generale livello ok, ma non ritornerò.

HOTEL MUITO BOM
Ótima estadia, cama, limpeza, café da manha em forma de buffet (ótimo) e recepção. Recomendamos aos hospedes que venham de metro soltar na estação Sesto Marrelli. Não soltar na Sesto Rondo, o caminho é muito perigoso. O Hotel é fora do centro histórico, mas com o uso do metro e super tranquilo, exemplo 20 minutos ao Doumo.

M1 metrosuna yaklaşık 600-700 metre yürüme mesafesinde. Toplamda 12 durak sonra merkeze ulaşıyorsunuz bu da yürümeyle beraber toplam yarım saati buluyor. Temizlik anlamında falso bir durumla karşılaşmadık. Odamız her gün temizlendi. Kahvaltı daha çeşitli olabilirdi çok hamur ağırlıklıydı. Bir puanı ordan kırıyorum. Isınma kış aylarına göre gayet iyi ki zaten klima var ayarlayabiliyorsunuz. Biz sıcaklık anlamında bi sorun yaşamadık. Minibar var odada ama her şey ücretli su ücretsiz olabilirdi. Fiyat performans oteli değerlendirebilirsiniz.

Hôtel situé à l’extérieur du centre, facile d’accès en voiture, parking très appréciable. Chambre propre et spacieuse, même si la décoration est un peu vieillotte. Petit déjeuner correct. Métro à facilement accessible. Personnel agréable .

We booked two nights and the room we were given did not match the picture. The bathroom was small, old, paint peeling, shower door off the hinges. The bed were not comfortable, furniture and carpet old. It was late and too tire to complain so we stayed that night. The following morning I complained about the condition of the room and was immediately changed to a newly renovated room which matched the pictures on the their website. It was much better!

We had a few nights stay at this hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly, Umesha was so helpful and made our stay further pleasant. The breakfast was lovely with a great selection of items. The rooms were cleaned daily and even in the heatwave the air con kept the room nice and cool. The area is quiet and safe. It’s working walking distance to the metro that links to main city and I was able to get to places quickly and safely. Would highly recommend this hotel

Pire hôtel de toute ma vie J'ai réservé et payé en ligne et j'arrive à l'hôtel et on me dit que j'ai rien payé L'endroit de l'hôtel est horrible et il y à que des étrangers et beaucoup d'alcooliques Après 2h d'attentes on m'a dis que j'avais belle et bien payé et que c'était de leurs fautes car ils n'ont pas confirmé le paiement Ensuite on me demande de payer la taxe de séjour et je paie sans problème Et l'accueil ne me donne pas le reçu mais je pensais que c'était normal J'arrive dans la chambre et je remarque que c'était pas la chambre que j'avais pris et je demande de changer On me change la chambre avec une qui est beaucoup plus petite Donc je redemande un changement Ils m'ont mis une nouvelle chambre qui me convenait mais la fenêtre ne s'ouvrait pas dedans Le lendemain je me réveille avec plus de 20 piqures d'insectes et je pensais que c'était des moustiques Donc je fouille la chambre et je trouve 2 moustiques donc je les tues Ensuite le lendemain je me réveille avec encore plus de piqures Je trouve plein de fourmi qui piquent Les chambres étaient envahies de fourmis Et ça pour les 2 chambres où j'ai pu dormir Donc je fais avec Fin du séjour On me demande de payer la taxe Je dis que j'ai déjà payé et ils me disent NON donc ils m'ont dis donnez nous le reçu sauf que j'ai rien reçu Donc je repaie et on me dis que j'ai pris des boissons dans le minibar alors que je l'ai jamais ouvert J'ai payé 2 fois la taxe et je me suis fais arnaquer HÔTEL À FUIR....

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, Klimaanlage defekt, im dritten Zimmer funktionierte sie dann, dafür Schimmel in der Dusche, Matratze durchgelegen. Frühstück hat z.T. etwas unappetitlich ausgesehen. Personal aber sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alle sehr bemüht weil die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Metro in Fußweite.

酒店太舊，沒有隔音，全晚都能聽到關門，地磚又爛，價格昂貴，住兩晚要港幣$3600，但住宿很差，上樓梯又多，走廊和洗手間有一股惡臭氣味，我以後都不會再訂這間酒店

Close to spazio mill venue. Road a little noisy. Staff were great. Didn’t use facilities as only overnight stay but looked inviting. Would book again:
