Loretoという地下鉄の駅から8分なので、Duomoなどへのアクセスはそれほど悪くないとも言えるが、夜は帰り道がちょっと暗い感じだった。入口が普通の家のようだが、フロントのは24時間人がいて、ブザーを押すと開けてくれる。ホテルに入ってしまえば、安全で静かな住宅街。中庭での朝食は新鮮な食材でとても美味しい。価格がリーズナブル。シャワーのみだが、清潔で快適。

よかったかな。
ベットも大きくて朝食も美味しくて満足してよかったけどアメニティーが少なかったのでもうちょっと豊富だと嬉しいです。 また機会があれば利用したいです。

コンパクトですが、リノベーションされたばかりで清潔、綺麗なホテルです。立地もよく便利でコスパが非常に高いです。

飛行機の都合で一泊しただけだが、ホテル自体の内容は非常に良かった。部屋自体は3つのパーツに分かれていて広々として非常に快適に過ごせた。朝食も、既定の時間より少し早い目に朝食をとらせてくれるなど気遣いをしてもらった。 泊まって損のないホテルだと思う。地下鉄のロレート駅からは歩いて5，6分だが出口が複数個所あるようでちょっとわかりにくいかもしれない。

スタイリッシュなホテル
Milano Centrale駅から地下鉄で2駅のRoreto駅から徒歩8分くらいのホテルでした。地下鉄はM1とM2が利用できますが、ホテルに最短で帰れる出口が最後まで分からなかったです。出かけるときは最短で行けるけど、帰ってくるときは1~2分ぐらいプラス時間がかかりました。夜に歩いても特に怖いと思うような地区ではなかったです。ホテルはスタイリッシュな作りで広くはないけれど綺麗なホテルでした。ホテルの人はどなたも笑顔で対応してくれましたし、朝食も充分な量がありました。値段とホテルのサービスを考えると、ミラノの中ではコスパが高いと思いました。

リーズナブルで良いホテル
ミラノ観光で２泊利用。 男独り旅で基本的に寝に帰るだけ。 家族経営されているのかスタッフはフレンドリーです。 部屋もきちんと清掃されており快適に過ごせました。アメニティはバスソープのみ。 wi-fiはほんの少しですが重いです。スマホでの検索に不都合が生じるレベルではありませんが、なんとなく重く感じました。 アクセスはメトロのLORETO駅又はPIOLA駅徒歩５分程。しかしメインで使うであろうLORETO駅出てからの交差点が放射状に道が別れているので初めてだと少し解りづらい。 また近辺は大学地区というらしいが、住宅街なのか人通りが少ないので遅い時間に女性一人や女性のみのグループは少し不安かもしれません。（自分の感じた雰囲気です） 近隣に買い物できるミニスーパーなどは未確認。買う物があるなら出来るだけ駅前で済ませた方が良いと思います。 一つ隣のLIMA駅からバスも利用出来ますが、バスの本数も１０分に一本程度なのでタイミングが良くないと駅まで歩いた方が早いです。 総評。 マイナスな事ばかり書いてしまったが、宿泊費の高いミラノでドゥオモへのアクセスも良くリーズナブルに泊まれ、独り旅などには良いホテル。

Das Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße mit Parkplätzen vor dem Haus (begrenzt verfügbar). Ein wirklich toller Garten befindet sich hinter dem Haus, den man auch nutzen kann für Frühstück, rauchen oder einfach nur sitzen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Man kümmert sich. Die Einrichtung ist gut, aber die Badezimmer sind teiweise sanierungsbedürftig. Die Zimmerlautstärke ist aber eine Katastrophe!! Man hört wirklich alles und jeden!! Wir haben noch nie so schlecht irgendwo geschlafen. Wenn jemand im Nachbarzimmer duscht, wenn Stühle oder Koffer gerückt werden, starke Geräuchübertragung vom Restaurant bereits früh um 5 Uhr - alles wird übertragen. Es ist keinerlei Dämmung vorhanden. Ruhiger Schlaf ist unmöglich.

This is not a 4star hotel. I would rate this as 2star hotel offering the basic necessities of a bed and bathroom and some limited amenities. I booked for a single person and my room was tiny.

Good location, large room, great breakfast
Bigger room than expected, very comfortable bed. No street noise to speak of. The only noise came from above. (We probably caused noise too- the chairs don't roll but scrape along the floor.) Included full breakfast with hot food and coffee are a definite plus. Only two quarrels with the room- the design of bathroom, which is elevated above the room floor by a step, could be dangerous. Hard sink is right across from bathroom entrance and a direct fall forward from tripping on the stair could result in bad injury. I actually DID trip on that stair but fell off to the side against the shower. Not badly hurt, but still not a pleasant experience. Also, the bathroom sink drain stopper was broken, so basin could not be filled. (The night desk man was VERY helpful in getting the stuck stopper back out). The staff as a whole were very friendly and helpful.

A really good choice if in Milano due to the central location not too far from the Central Station or Metro. To this add the beautiful garden and tranquillity in general you're guaranteed a very worthwhile stay.

O Hotel é bom e tem boa localização. A cama é bem confortável! O que deixou a desejar foram 2 coisas: o banheiro que não tem lugar para colocar shampoo nem sabonete, como alguns já tinham comentado e o atendimento no café que só servem uma xícara de café, não podendo pedir mais.
