出入りが大変
フロントの方に鍵を開けてもらわないと出入りできない形なのですが、常時フロントに人が居るわけではないため20分ほどホテル内に閉じ込められ、そのせいで約束の時間に遅れました。 施設自体はそれほど悪くないが、この一件で台無しでした。。

一人で使うには十分な広さ、とても清潔なお部屋でした。 スタッフはとても親切ですが過剰なサービスは無く、気軽に過ごせました。 朝食が甘いものばかりなので、その点だけ気になりましたが、あとは満足です。 また近場に用事がある時には利用すると思います。

Very nice staff in fairly nice hotel but for the price it’s fantastic. It’s near the train station and a lot of people hanging around and church bells ringing in the morning but the beds comfortable although showers and bathrooms are quite small.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Enjoyed my stay and loved the stone steps around the elevator. It was what I was looking for Very easy and accessible to the central heart of Gallarate.

Great find in Gallarate
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast offerings were simply amazing and generous. The proximity to the train station is a bonus.

Excellent choix
Excellent service, proche de la gare et pratique. Le personnel est très sympathique et disponible. L'endroit est malgré tout calme tout en étant proche des trains et du Centre ville. Excellent choix, je reviendrai.

Profumazione eccessiva in camera
Rapporto qualità prezzo abbastanza buono ma profumazione esagerata in camera. Ho avuto mal di testa per tutta la notte. Lo faranno per nascondere qualche cattivo odore? Boh. Personale alla reception e sala colazione molto gentile tranne una signora scortese (reception) che non si è nemmeno degnata di dire buongiorno al mio arrivo.

一切都很好，櫃檯人員非常親切！房間空間舒適。來不及吃早餐，但服務人員有問要不要外帶咖啡，感覺很好！地點好，離火車站很近。唯一建議，床下的地毯感覺很髒，建議拿掉比較好！

Hotel perfetto per il prezzo e l’utilizzo che ne ho fatto (appoggio pre partenza da Malpensa). Trovo doverosa una nota di merito assoluta a tutto il personale per la gentilezza e disponibilità dimostrate. Da subito accoglienti e molto attenti ad ogni richiesta. La struttura è semplice ma offre un rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente elevato. Per quanto pagato non avrei potuto immaginare in alcun modo un servizio migliore: complimenti e grazie.

This was a nice hotel very close to the train station. There were however 2-3 stores of some sort between the hotel and train station that had lots of men hanging outside which made it a little loud and I crossed the street to keep from walking directly in front of these men. Once in the hotel I was fine and the room was nice. It was loud because the hotel is on a corner that people seem to hang out on the street at but I was very pleased when at bedtime it became quiet and I slept very well. I stayed 2 nights and the hotel staff were very nice and the room was clean and breakfast was great. The morning that I left the front door glass had been shattered, I am not sure how but that worried me and made me glad I was checking out. So overall extremely close to train station and clean but the area was questionable to me.
