The property reception area was airy and clean, and communication was forthcoming from the hotel, although it would have been helpful to include how to buzz through to reception as the call button wasn’t obvious. It was very close to the metro so easy to get around the city and to/from the airport. Rooms were basic and clean, only comments I have was the layout was a bit awkward for getting ready (no plug near the mirrors in the bedroom) and the shower tray leaked a bit when used. Other than that all that was missing was a way to make a tea or coffee, whether that was a kettle in the room, or something that could be used in the foyer but overall it was good for the price paid.

L'hotel è situato in un'ottima zona di Milano, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e nelle vicinanze c'è la linea M4 della metropolitana che rende la struttura molto comoda per chi deve raggiungere l'aeroporto di Linate ed altresì per raggiungere zona Duomo (fermata San Babila).

The room although very clean was very small, but that was still fine for the price in Milan. The problem was the thin walls: I was not able to sleep as two German ladies checked into the room adjacent to mine at 11pm. The very next morning at 5 am two guys checked in on the same floor and made such a noise while being drunk and having loud arguments. I ended up moving out and losing the last prepaid night.

Una experiencia inolvidable, muy buen servicio, gente muy simpática y siempre han sido de gran ayuda para todo. Me he sentido como en casa. Muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y sobre todo muy acogedor.

terrible soundproofing, very small triple room
Well located, but our triple room was far too small. Average bathroom. The same building has a 2 stars hotel and 3 stars hotel, same ring bell. We booked for the 3 stars, but not sure we got it. Walls are so thin that during the night we could hear our neighbours coughing and even their mobile's vibrations!

Horrible elevator. No help from the staff to deal with our baggage. The name of the hotel is no where on the bldg.

The room was small, but very clean and fit our needs perfectly. We were able to walk to various restaurants for dinner, as well as the Duomo. The building felt secure and in a safe area. Our only complaint was that the room listing said 'city view,' but we were unable to open or even look out of our window.

I recommend about this hotel, bad service and the hotel to noisy all night early morning’s the noisy. I can’t sleep. The hotel fall a way from centre everywhere you go take the bus going. The person at hotel not friendly at all. I like the hotel in Rome, they are nice people although they are don’t speak English very well but they are nice.

Dear Customer,Our structure is 1.5 km from the Duomo (MILAN CENTRE) 20 minutes on foot.Bus stop number 54 100 meters from the hotel which takes you directly to the DUOMO in 10 minutes.SUSA underground stop 150 meters from the hotel which takes you directly to the CITY CENTER in 5 minutes.In each room there is all the useful information, as well as having a reception open 24 hours a day to request all the useful information.Best regards

We stayed for two nights. The hotel was convenient and easy to find and the desk staff were helpful. The room was a bit dark and simple but perfectly adequate for our purposes.

The hotel staff were nice and welcoming! Our room was clean, no noise from the hotel but some outside noise could be heard. Very good links to the metro, 10 mins from the Duomo!

Silenzioso e curato
Hotel situato su più piani di un palazzo con ascensore. Ogni piano ha una piccola area lounge molto curata, tranne l'ultimo. L'ambiente è molto silenzioso e le camere curate. Ho avuto la fortuna di soggiornare all'ultimo piano dove risiede la sala colazione. Colazione semplice, ma buona.

Hotel muito bom, mais tive um problema com um recepcionista que tive até que gritar com ele, aí foi substituído e foi muito atencioso, dica nunca abaixe a cabeça caso você não entenda a língua, pois eles estão ali para nós atender, agora sobre o hotel muito confortável, café da manhã excelente com muitas variedade, transporte perto é fácil, estacionamento é pago 15 euros por dia.

Great find!!
This hotel was such a great find!! It is a small hotel but there is nothing I would complain about. The room was spacious, the bathroom was big enough and was stocked with necessities. The shower is a little small, but it works just fine! The staff was friendly and helpful and there was transportation all around us. It is a bit far from city center to be able to walk but the front desk would call us a taxi that came within 5 minutes. Milan had a design show going on the week that we were there and hotels near the city center were hard to find. I was perfectly happy here and would recommend it!

The staff is very helpful however the room's furnishings and bedding were very poor quality and methane smell coming from the bathroom made for an unpleasant stay.

The hotel is on the budget side and such is its arrangement and facilities. Don't expect excessive luxury when you pay that little. Walls are thin and voices from neighbour rooms may be intrusive. But the service quality is much beyond the price that one pays for it. Late night check-in - no problem. Leaving your luggage after check-out - whenever you wish. Location is fairly good - not too far away from public transport. A restaurant and a bar is just around the corner. The neighbourhood is quiet - no traffic noise whatsoever.

Good price Hotel for Milan
One of the receptionists was very pleasant. They stored our luggage for us as we left Milan for a couple of days before returning. Basic breakfast. Hard to get to, if you don’t get a taxi, until you learn to figure out public transport then very easy.

L'accueil n'a pas été correct en nous parlant comme des enfants et nous montrer que l'ascenseur fallait bien le fermer. Et le check pointe était plus chère que prévu et très loins du centre ville 20 25mn à pied en transport en commun revenais à la même durée fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain au niveau de la douche.

Correspondant aux photos, grandes chambres et climatisation ! La personne qui nous a acceuillis a reclamer dans l'immédiat des sous alors que la chambre etaient deja payée. On nous a rien indiquer. Suprise au moment d'aller se coucher.. les draps n'etais pas propres !!!!!!!

Séjour très agréable. Chambre propre, confortable. La salle de bain était en très bon état aussi. Le petit déjeuner était bon il n’y a pas énormément de choix (quasiment que des biscuits au chocolat). Personnel agréable également.

Alle 3 di mattina è stato fatto entrare un gruppo di turisti che ha fatto una stacco di casino urlando e sbattendo porte. Hanno anche provato ad aprire la porta della mia camera, al che ho chiamato la reception facendo presente il problema ma non è stato fatto nulla per far cessare i rumori. Questo sottolinea il fatto che i muri delle camere, come anche la porta, sono sottili e non proteggono da nessun tipo di rumore. Per il resto non si può chiamare hotel.

PÉSSIMO! Não compensa ir nem se for de graça!
Tive a pior experiência da minha vida!!! O dono do hotel que nós recebeu, foi extremamente grosseiro, bruto e sem menor noção de como tratar seus clientes. Não quis dar o controle do ar condicionado, porque disse que estava frio fora. Sendo que tava 20•, o que não é suficiente pra esfriar o quarto!!!!!! Gritava conosco! Foi tão rude e grosseiro que tivemos que trocar de hotel de madrugada.
