値段対比お得感あり
１．部屋は狭いが清潔感がある。 ２．泊まった部屋に冷蔵庫は無かったがフロントでワインやビールが安価で販売されている ３．エレベーターが部屋数の割に一基しか無く遅いので上層階だと少し待たされることあり ４．朝食は内容的には標準水準（必要十分）

好立地の静かなホテル
観光地に近いホテルで探しました。料金が比較的手ごろできれいそうな所で探しましたが結果的には満足しました。まず立地が地下鉄Cairoliの近くで仕事でConvention centerに行くにも30分以内に行けました。Duomoにもあるいて10分でいけます。最後の晩餐もみましたがあるいて15分でいけました。 ホテル自体はこじんまりしていますが、内装は新しくきれいでした。部屋も十分な広さではありますがちょっと手狭でした。普通の部屋用エアコンは付いているのですがリモコンがなく使えませんでした。冷蔵庫や湯沸かしはありませんでした。 賑やかな通りから少し中に入っているので、夜も静かでぐっすり眠れました。朝食は普通ですがパンとチーズが美味しかったです。予約時はＷｉｆｉ有料と書いていましたが、無料で使えるようになっていて助かりました。

優れた立地、親切なスタッフ
地下鉄Cailoli駅からすぐ、カドルナ駅から徒歩10分程度の小さく清潔な宿です。9月にシャモニーへの経由のために一泊しましたが、ドゥオーモ、サンタマリアデッレグラツィエ教会へ徒歩圏内で、短時間で観光も出来ました。スタッフはとても親切で、朝食は種類は少ないですが、おいしかったです。アメニティはソープのみ、バスタブなしでしたが、周辺宿より価格が安い割に、便利で安心して泊まれたので満足しました。古い建物を、きれいに大切に使っている印象で、ビジネスマンや、観光客が利用しているようでした。

立地だけは良いです。
2014年ミラノサローネの時期に1泊しました。最初2泊の予定でしたが1泊に変更して良かったです。その時期は普段の5倍の料金になりますが、内容は普段と同じで朝食、WIFIも有償です。アメニティはソープだけです。おすすめはしません。

ドゥオモ徒歩圏内
カドルナ駅やドゥオモへも徒歩で移動できる距離にあります。部屋はリノベーションされている感じで、清潔感があります。少し狭いですがスーツケースを広げられます。 残念だったのは、シャワールームが狭いところです。また、(少なくとも私が泊まった部屋は)シャワーノズルから出てくるお湯が5～6本だけでした。

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer ist zwar klein aber bietet alles was man braucht. Super Lage in der Nähe der Innenstadt. Gratis Wasser und Sprudel in der Lobby.

Clean and comfortable
My single room was small and not at all fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. The common areas and exterior for the downtown Milan location do not match the photos on this website--the real thing is actually nicer than what is pictured. The current photos must be from another location. We found the staff helpful and we loved a few of the details like free refills on sparkling water in the lobby.

The location was really nice in the middle of the city between the castle and the duomo. Breakfast is crazy expensive, but there is enough places to get breakfast nearby. There was a lot of noise from the elevator which was very annoying especially at night but also the hallways were very loud. The beds were nice and the hotel has a modern look to it. The badroom especially the shower sink, needs a thorough cleaning, every time they just put a towel on there but it does not help a lot with the smell.

This hotel has very convenient location in walking distance to the major attractions, Duomo, Sforzesco Castle, shopping, etc. Easy transportation, train and Metro also close by. Small rooms. Good for a couple of days.

This Hotel was wonderful. The location was excellent and the staff was fantastic. It was easy to walk everywhere. The castle, cathedral, and tons of shopping. The breakfast buffet was excellent and gave us a great start in the morning. Made for a great stay in Milan.

Långt över förväntan
Vi var överraskade med hur bra det var! Receptionen var mycket hjälpsamma när vi checkade in, och vi hade aldrig några problem under de fyra dagar vi bodde här. En särskild eloge till frukostpersonalen! Susanna som fixade cappuccino och omelett varje morgon var suverän! Alltid glad och vänlig och en mycket bra kock! Frukosten i övrigt var över förväntan med varm och kall mat och färsk frukt varje morgon.

Central and quiet - service-minded staff!
The hotel is small and situated in a quiet street in walking distanse to the University and to the main Square / Duomo cathedral. Friendly and helpful staff. No luxury, some parts a bit worn, but all tidy and clean. I did not buy breakfast. Would definitely consider this hotel again. Good value for the money!

Hôtel avec un esprit familiale, très bien situé au centre de Milan. Personnel très disponible et gentil. Petit déjeuner très correct avec le personnel toujours là pour vous préparer un bon café italien, ou une omelette. Fontaine d'eau plate ou gazeuse à disposition. Belle chambre avec une bonne literie.

One night stay at Genius Hotel. Perfect location for exploring the Duomo and surrounding areas. Hotel is tucked back from the major streets. No views but quiet. Room was small but well appointed. Space for luggage was limited. Bed was comfortable. Contact with staff was limited, but they were very friendly and efficient.
