Delightful studio apartment with a small terrace a few steps from the M4 Dateo, super connected with the city centre, various universities and Linate airport.



Located on the 4th floor with an elevator of an elegant building built in the 70s, this newly renovated open space is particularly quiet (thanks to the view of the inner courtyard) and very bright thanks to the two south-facing windows.



This studio apartment, ideal for 2 people, is composed as follows:

- 3sqm terrace: Ideal for relaxing outdoors.

- Sleeping/living area: Includes a comfortable double sofa bed, a kitchenette equipped with induction cooktop, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is also a dining table for two and two large windows facing south (courtyard side), one of which gives access to the small terrace.

- Bathroom: Modern, with shower, bidet, sink, hair dryer, and washing machine.
