部屋の清潔感は問題ありませんが、ベッドが中央に配置されており、部屋が大変狭く感じます。また、エレベーターが小さくて古く、大人２人が乗ると荷物も乗せられないぐらいの小ささです。

快適なキッチン付きホテル
キッチン付きのホテル（アパートタイプ）を探していましたが、フロントにスタッフがいないホテルが多い中、こちらのホテルは、スタッフの方がほぼ常駐してくださっていたので、とても安心して滞在できました。 お部屋のお掃除も完璧でしたし、スタッフの方々もとても親切でした。 キッチンも、思っていたよりずっと使いやすく、本当になにもかも快適でした。 次回ミラノにきた際には、ぜひまた宿泊させていただきたいです。

Very nice location!
The place was super convenient!! Comfortable, clean and complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee you can make. Elevator was old and small so it’s a bit creepy but it works!

Great stay! Room is right in the heart where you want to be. The pull out sofa and bed comfortable. Bonus - the whirlpool tub was wonderful after a day full of walking. Owner very nice and was able to get our room early after a long journey!

Los de la recepción, aunque no entendían español y poco de inglés, fueron agradables y conseguimos entendernos. En la cocina faltaba algo de equipamiento. En el tercer día entraron a limpiar la habitación, no me gustó que no me avisaran de ello ya que había dejado dinero y cosas de valor por medio, aunque no hubo ningún problema al respecto. El edificio se veía antiguo y poco cuidado por fuera, pero la habitación estaba bien y correcta

The apartment is a little run down, but pretty spacious. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and made check-in easy. The apartment is in the middle of the downtown pedestrian area, so it’s pretty loud at night. The staff provided ear plugs, which were much appreciated. You can’t beat the location for access to shopping, museums, and the Duomo.

Very friendly. Little tricky to find but eventually after circling the block discovered it. The bedding was minimal and a little cold so be aware and can be a little noisy with the trams at night but overall positive experience.

PERFECT LOCATION, JUST AROUND THE CORNER OF DUOMO (like less than a minute walk). Friendly staff. Very basic room. If you are looking for fancy and luxurious with room service, this is not your place (even though there was a bathtub in the bedroom). We were looking for extra blanket, we could not find any, so we thought to check under the bed storage (like in many other hotels/ rooms) only to find lots of used towels dumped there. So if you are looking for somewhere to crash with OK hygiene, basic facilities and the BEST location, this is your place!

Unfortunately it is customers like you who, even with that 6, ruin the reputation of us workers. We are here for you! If we do not respond to your request or decline the request, I would agree with you 100%, in this case I'm sorry. NO! You are wrong with her reasoning. Do you send us messages via whatsApp that you don't know if the hot water is on the right or left, and you don't send it to ask for an extra blanket? Anyway thanks to all those customers who talk who ask things and say the things they think when they are inside the structure.

Great location, very clean, with all required amenities, old building but rooms in good shape. Interesting elevator! Easy check in and check out. The only downside is that the sofa bed was noisy and uncomfortable.

The service at Aparthotel dei Mercanti was very personal. Alfredo, Hasan, and Javier were all very welcoming, kind and helpful. Excellent location right near the Duomo. The kitchen was modern & well-equipped. Our fifth-floor apartment was very quiet despite the central location. Highly recommend!
