地下鉄、スーパマケットに近い4つ星ホテル
建物は新しくはないが、改装された室内で清潔であった。部屋も広々としており、中央駅近くのホテルに比べるとコストパフォーマンスに優れている。 以下はホテルのせいではなく、エクスペディアの問題点ですが、2ベットの要請が伝わってなかった。 ホテルが持っているバウチャーと印刷したものが同じでなく、共有できる英語のバウチャーが必要と感じた。過去にもニュージーランドのウエリントンのホテルで、朝食付きのプランで予約したが、ホテルに伝わっておらず、日本語のバウチャーでわからないと朝食代を支払ったことがあった。後日、エクスペディアを通して返金してもらいましたが、共通の英語のバウチャーが必要と思います。

ミラノ中央駅までメトロで一本
ミラノ中央駅まで地下鉄で一本で行けて便利だった。観光でも利用でも十分に使えます。 また、朝食も美味しかったです。

コンドミニアム的なホテル
ミラノ中央駅からメトロで5駅、駅から5分ほどで周りは、静かな住宅街の雰囲気。駅前に新しくて大きなスーパーがあるのでそれもすごく便利。建物はマンションのような造りになっていて、部屋もマンションの一室のような感じ。モダンな室内は清潔で快適ではあるが、重厚な感じはない。部屋にはキッチンがついていたが、鍵がかかっており使うには15ユーロの追加料金が必要（事前の説明なし）。部屋の鍵を開けるにはコツが必要だが、これの説明もなく、格闘した結果、結局フロントまでスタッフを呼びに行き、一緒にあけてもらった。結果としていい思い出にはなったが、もう少し事前の説明があってもいいと思った。スタッフは、皆親切でフレンドリー。朝食も充実しており、総合的な満足度は高い。

朝食がすごい！
改装中だったのか、朝食会場が閉鎖のため、朝食はルームサービスでした。そのボリュームが凄い！！そして数種類のクロワッサンとパルマハムがおいしすぎる。今回の４ホテルの中で一番でした！！ 部屋は広々としていてよかったです。あとソファーがあれば完璧。 駅からもそんなに遠くなく、雨が降っていた時にはフロントの方が傘を貸してくれました。あ、クリスマスということもあり、フロントの男性からスパークリングワインのボトルをサービスしてもらいました。最高でした☆ またミラノを訪れることがあれば泊まりたいです！！

Good hotel
Clean rooms and kind staffs. Very far from Rho Fiera and a comfortable lounge there for free. The restaurant in this hotel is better than other hotels around. Also sweet staffs. The best for business, but the light in the room makes hard to work at night. Will stay again.

The area seems under re-development, a lot of constructions are on going. There are no restaurant near by, but there is Metro station in 200m and easy to move into city-center. Hotel is new and very comfortable.

部屋は最高
部屋は清潔で広く、テラスもあり最高でした。しかし場所が中心街からかなり離れており、夜は少し怖いかなという印象でした。初日にホテルを徒歩で探したのですが、見つけにくい場所にあったので大変でした。朝ご飯はイタリア滞在中一番良かったです。フレッシュモッツアレラまであったのにはびっくりしました。総合的によかったです。

中心部からアクセスがよく、安価で快適なホテル
2月の下旬に卒業旅行で友達4人と宿泊しました。 施設について 最近できたばかりで新しく、きれいで近代的な部屋です。 非常に快適でした。 地下1階にトレーニングルームもあります。 ホテル全域の無線LANがありますが、電波状況が不安定でした。 ロビーに無料で使えるPCが二つ有り、それを使って色々調べました。 ただ、イタリア語だったので自分のパソコンを持っていってLANをつなげ変えました。 特に何も言われなかったので大丈夫だと思います。 朝食はフルブレックファストでメニューが豊富で非常に満足しました。 立地について ミラノ中央駅から地下鉄M3ラインに乗ってAffori centro駅まで10分 Affori centro駅から徒歩5分と中心地から簡単に移動できます。 Affori centro駅通りにcoopもあり買い物も便利です。 少し中心部から離れているという理由で宿泊費が非常に安いのだと思います。 これほど市街地からの交通に便利で、安価で快適なホテルはないと思います。 この周辺は地下鉄ができたことで新しいホテルが次々と立っていて、多分もう少ししたら 宿泊費も上がるのかなと思いました。

Very nice hotel for a quick stay, has everything you would need and staff is amazing and willing to help in anything . Huge grocery store next to it for food and east transportation to metro to get to milano centrale. Location a little dirty and sketchy but we were never bothered by anyone

When we arrived we found bottles of watter and Ham in the fridge which indicates that the Bedroom was not proper cleanned. In the toilet the Shower tub was blocked and the shower head was full of Mold. We went to the reception to ask for a proper cleaning of the Bathroom but when we arrived the shower head was disgusting as before. Not a place I can recomend.

Nära Metro
Ett helt ok hotell i den prisklassen. Har säkert varit fint en gång i tiden, snarare tre stjärnor än fyra. Oturlig start, ingen ström och en klippig pöl på golvet. Huvudströmbrytaren var avslagen och vätska hade läckt från minibaren, som vi såklart fick torka upp själva. Skön säng, rent och snyggt på rummet, + för micro och trevligt med balkong. Värmen funkade tyvärr inte som den skulle, antingen jättevarmt eller avstängt. Nära till Metro och en stor livsmedelsbutik. Avslutningsvis, området runt hotellet var väldigt skitigt, jättesynd tyckte vi. Hade hotellet varit lite smarta, hade de iaf städat vid sin egen dörr.

Spacious room with its price. Walkable distance to Metro Station and nearby supermarket. Great room with a great bathroom. All amenities are there. Big screen TV. You will also get a spacious size of balcony as well. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

When we arrived around 15:00 which is 1 hour after the check in time, the room is not ready, we have to leave the luggage at the hotel and carried on without having rested in the room. Staff haven’t provided any solution or compensation. We checked in around 21:00, my bathroom is not clean, a dirty towel has been left on the bathroom counter, hair and water residues everywhere, no toilet paper. When requested toilet paper, the staff entered with their key when I was stuck in the bathroom my husband waiting by the front desk waiting for the toilet paper to be brought to him ( the staff told him to wait) . Bed sheets has obviously stain, even it looks like freshly washed. Not recommend at all, please avoid.

El hotel tiene unas muy buenas instalaciones, el personal fue muy amable con nosotros. El desayuno es muy bueno y se tiene la opcion de comer en varias zonas. A 2 cuadras se tiene una estación de metro, y a una cuadra un super mercado. Lo recomendaria totalmente.

The hotel is 2 blocks from the metro station that takes you to the Duomo and Milano Centrale. The rooms are big and comfortable. There is a small gym and breakfast is available. The building is new and well kept, the staff is very nice and speak English.

Très bien
La chambre au style contemporain est grande et lumineuse, avec une literie très confortable. Il y a du rangement, un mini bar bien frais, un bon wifi et une clim très efficace. Le métro est à 2 minutes à pied et permet de se rendre au centre historique en 15 minutes. Le personnel est serviable et souriant. Le gros point noir de l'hôtel est la salle de bain ; petite, pas très moderne, pas bien pratique (toilettes bien trop près du lavabo), traces d'usures, cabine de douche effet plastique, fenêtre mal isolée et bruits récurrents de cognement dans la tuyauterie. Dommage de ne pas avoir de bouteille d'eau d'accueil offerte à l'arrivée.

Large, clean room with everything you need in it. Very quiet as set back one street from main road - surrounded by lots of amenities, superb huge supermarket just 5 mins walk away which is right next to metro station which gets you into the centre quickly. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

De mensen aan de receptie waren super. Het ontbijt was tamelijk uitgebreid maar soms kon het personeel niet mee om tafels af te ruimen voor de volgende hotelgasten. Ook daar was het personeel super. Één ergernis : op alle openbare plaatsen in het hotel, dus ook in de ontbijt ruimte, was er een irritant geluid te horen gedurende een halve minuut, stopte dan en begon dan opnieuw, de hele dag door. Aan de receptie wisten ze niet vanwaar dit kwam. Over het algemeen tevreden. Super vriendelijk personeel !

Some good, some less good.
I think we were a bit surprised by the size of the room. We booked for 4 adults - generally this has meant if not a suite then at least 4 real beds and enough space. In this case we were quite cramped and 2 of the beds were just cots. The AC in the room was difficult to adjust and meant that we were either very warm or freezing cold - the thermostat was not easy to dial in. There was also a lack of decent in room coffee, only instant was available. That said - the shower was excellent as were the provided toiletries, and the staff was lovely. In the bathroom almost everything was provided and thoughtfully appointed. So a mixed review.

Stanza enorme, colazione meravigliosa. Unico neo al quinto piano c'era davvero caldo e nononostante la nostra richiesta non ci hanno attivato il climatizzatore dicendo che era spento per tutto l'hotel. Vicinssimi alla metro m3 che porta davvero ovunque, e dietro l'angolo Esselunga. Per prendere l'aereo a Malpensa abbiamo preso un taxi fino alla stazione di Milano Bovisa, molto piu comodo della metro se sei pieno di valigie cosi da evitare la caotica stazione di Milano Centrale.
