Comfortable holiday home with a private garden

Perfect location, close to the beach, but still in a quiet area. Approximately 300 m to the center of the resort. Sarbinowo is today one of the leading resorts on the Polish Baltic coast.
A two-story terraced house, on a fenced, private plot (approx. 90 sq m) with a swing, sandbox, well-kept lawn and parking for a car. On the ground floor there is a living room connected to the kitchen. The living room has a fireplace, a double sofa bed, a table with chairs and a TV. There is also a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are 2 separate bedrooms (each with 2 double beds) and a second bathroom with a shower. There is very efficient gas heating, which can be supported by a fireplace in the living room, and the house has excellent thermal insulation, which ensures comfortable relaxation at any time of the year. The house has a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue fireplace.
The entire area of the resort is fenced and only registered guests are allowed to enter. There is access to a laundry room (for an additional fee).
The price of the stay includes: bed linen, final cleaning, parking.
Sarbinowo is a small, picturesque summer resort on the west coast, a few kilometers west of Mielno. There are clean, wide beaches here, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. It is a perfect place for a trip with family or friends.
For families with children, the Pomerania Fun Park amusement park will be a perfect destination for a full-day trip. On an area of over 30 hectares, the whole family can spend time having fun together. Additionally, guests have at their disposal two restaurants and numerous food outlets.
Not far from the center there is the international bicycle route R-10, stretching around the Baltic Sea basin. We recommend trips to the picturesque Chłopy, the center of Sarbinowo, the lighthouse in Gąski, and Ustronie Morskie.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Bring towels. (Youth) groups are not allowed.
