Welcome to our stunning newly built 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom property in the heart of Midway City, CA. Completed in 2021, our modern and luxurious design is complemented by high-end furnishings and state-of-the-art appliances throughout. The open concept living and dining space is filled with natural light and stunning views of the surrounding area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and sleek countertops.
Our property is centrally located with easy access to entertainment such as Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, and Huntington Beach. Shopping at South Coast Plaza and Irvine Spectrum is just a short drive away. Enjoy delicious meals at nearby restaurants like Rodeo 39 and Brodard. With comfortable beds and plenty of storage space in the bedrooms, we can accommodate up to 10 people. Come stay with us for a relaxing and convenient vacation experience!
Guest access
Guests can access to the entire townhouse via smart lock.
Guests can park up to 3 cars in the 2 car garage and a parking spot outside the property. Additional parking street parking is available on a first come first served basis.
Other things to note
Please observe our house rules. We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!
•Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater.
•No Smoking or drugs of ANY KIND. Sensors are installed throughout the house to detect smokes.
•Check-in time is 4pm - 10pm
•No Extra/ Overnight Guests (we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail Delivered here
•Please refrain from unplugging of the electronics
•No Pets
•Please be mindful of our neighbors. We have a shared wall and we do our best to not disturb them.
•No loud noise or music past 9:30pm
•10am is check out time.

The managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The managers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Security surveillance cameras are installed at the outside parameter of the property. There are 2 cameras located around the property. 1 at the front door facing away from the property & 1 located above the garage entry door facing outward away from the house. Both of them are recording when motion is detected. Your privacy is protected. Noise monitoring device is installed in the living room to monitor the decimal level, only to alert the property managers when decimal is higher than normal.
No commercial activities and/or vehicles are allowed in this property.
Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $1,000 fine which will go towards repairing any smoke damages to the property.
