This first floor apartment of a 2-family building sleeps 2 adults comfortably (parties up to 4 with kids under 12) is located just minutes driving distance to the Navy base, Middletown beaches, and local farms just outside of the popular Newport. It was nice place. The house was older so the bathroom door needs to be fixed , needs to be adjusted & the back door handle was broken. But minor things can be fixed.
