This family friendly 2 storey home is the ultimate beach retreat less than 300m walk to the very popular Middleton surf beach.
Catering for groups up to ten people, whether it be extended family of friends holidaying together. Linen Provided.
Offering 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 large living areas as well as plenty of outdoor living.
Upstairs, the bright open plan living includes a well equipped kitchen features electric cooking, microwave, dishwasher, fridge /freezer, coffee Pod machine, pantry and plenty of bench space.
The adjoining lounge area provides 3 leather sofas to sit, relax & view the large screen smart TV. Whilst the adjacent large dining table provides seating for ten people and opens to a large deck on the seaward side of the home, offering hooded gas barbeque, outdoor dining table & chairs, excellent for summer evening dining. With ocean “glimpses” this deck overlooks the fully fenced backyard, complete with large lawn, outdoor shower & bath with hot & cold running water. The wood fired Pizza oven is available for use, season permitting!
A second smaller deck at the front with views towards the hills, has access from the upstairs living area as well as the Master bedroom, with its King bed, ensuite and walk in Robe.
The downstairs level offers 2 Queen bed bedrooms with wardrobes and a bunkroom with 2 single size bunkbeds and a chest of drawers. There are also 2 full sized bathrooms on this level with shower, basin & toilet. The kid friendly living area on this lower level features a large screen TV connected to DVD player (some DVD’s provided), 2 sofas and bean bags. There is also a dartboard for the bigger kids!
Laundry facilities include washing machine, outdoor line & heatpump clothes dryer if required.
Ample driveway parking for 2 or more cars.
So much is on offer from this central location on Newell Ave. Take the short drive to Middleton, Port Elliott or Victor Harbor to check out their renowned Bakeries, Hotels, Cafes a number of shopping centres and spectacular golf courses for avid golfers.
Bed Linen, bathroom towels & mats provided, included in Cleaning costs. Beach Towels NOT provided.

Excellent stay in a well appointed home. Everything you need for a group of family and friends to enjoy their stay. Plenty of room both indoors and out for everyone. Close to the beach for those early morning walks or at the end of the day only a couple if minutes away. Would highly recommend this holiday stay.
