Our recently remodeled 1-bedroom condo offers a stylish and comfortable stay in the heart of Brickell. The bedroom features two queen beds, and there’s an additional fold-out queen bed in the living room — perfect for families or groups. The entire unit is tiled and includes an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
Enjoy a spacious balcony with partial bay views and a cozy sitting area — ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Inside, the custom speakeasy-themed décor and unique design touches create a fun and memorable atmosphere. The dining table cleverly converts into a poker table, and a dedicated workspace in the bedroom makes it easy to stay productive if needed.
You’ll also find a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee maker, blender, and tea kettle, plus pool towels ready for your use.

**Check-In & Registration (Required)**
To access the unit and amenities, **registration is mandatory**:
1. After booking, an ID is required to be sent for building registration.
2. Download the **August App** to access the unit door (instructions provided).
3. At check-in, visit the **Lobby Front Desk** with your ID to receive:
- Access to the **17th floor**
- A printed parking pass
Inside the unit, you’ll find:
- **1 FOB** to access the elevator and all amenities
(*Lost FOBs will be charged $50*)
***Late Bookings:**
If you book **Friday afternoon** for a **Saturday check-in**, full elevator access may be delayed until **Monday**. The front desk can manually grant access in the meantime.

Building management requires all guests to provide a copy of a valid ID for registration. There is a fee, but don’t worry — we cover it for you. We’ll make sure your check-in process is smooth and your stay is as enjoyable as possible!
The unit features fast Wi-Fi throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and baking sheets, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser on the door.
