Guest Policy:
After booking guest will be asked to provide a valid form of ID of primary guests and a list of first/last names of all occupants. Up to the registered number of guests allowed. No parties or unregistered guests permitted. Essentials like towels, linens, and toiletries are provided for registered guests only.

Liability Agreement:
To ensure a smooth arrival and meet HOA requirements, all guests must sign a short liability agreement at least 24 hours before check-in. This is a mandatory step - check-in instructions will only be released once the agreement is submitted.
If not submitted on time, the reservation may be subject to cancellation.

LEASE REQUIREMENTS:
To complete your booking and ensure compliance with community regulations, please review and fulfill the following steps:

• The lease agreement must be fully signed, including all required details such as names, dates, and amounts
• A valid ID is required for each adult guest (Driver’s License for U.S. residents or Passport for international guests)
• A non-refundable application fee of $100, paid by the tenant
• If applicable, a refundable pet deposit of $250, paid by the tenant
• All payments can be made by check or credit card
