My stay was great. I was greeted by professional courteous front desk staff by the name of Allen and Karlina.They were very accommodating for my early check in and the room was very clean! The airport shuttle was on time and convenient as well.I will stay here again

I did not appreciate that we spent over an hour trying to find a room with a functioning hot water system. Otherwise, I would rate the hotel 4/5.

I forgot my thermoset after checking out on 5-13-24 . I called housekeeper retrieved it,and I was told to send packing to put it in and the hotel will send it to me.Upon receiving packing on 5-17-24,I was told they no longer have it. The Buckyees thermoset was a souvenirs and means a lot to me.

Overall the Sleep Inn Hotel in Miami Airport Area was worth the stay as well as the price. The breakfast included was awesome had to leave early and didn't get to try the pool but seen it and that too was a looking good. Yes I would love to come again and will definitely recommend to family and friends to come visit here.

The attention was terrible, it was useless to make a reservation because when I arrived they told me that it had been cancelled, they couldn't and didn't want to help me anymore, I just had to go to another hotel to see if they had rooms available, I wasted my time and money by Taxi, even though the hotel is close to the airport, the minimum taxi rate is over $20, plus another taxi to the other hotel and paying more for a few hours in a room after a long trip! I do not recommend it.

The room’s smelled like mold. There was mold on the chair. The first room we had the mattress was broken. When you sat on it you hit the box spring, The second room had a crack in the shower floor that almost cut my foot. If you are trying to save a couple of bucks don’t do it’
