We're excited to have you as our guest and want to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. Below is some helpful information about our amenities and services.



Important Information



-Wristbands: Please wear your wristbands at all times during your stay.

-Swimming Pool: Open from sunrise to sunset—perfect for a refreshing dip any time of day!

-Pool Towels: Available until 5:00 PM. Kindly return them to the pool attendant by 7:00 PM



Amenities



-Fitness Center: Open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Keep up with your routine or start a new one!

-Receiving/Package Room: Available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We'll hold your packages securely until you're ready to pick them up.

-Wi-Fi: Connect to Beachwalk Resort (use your email). Stay connected with ease!

-Beach Ride: Our White Van shuttle runs every 20 minutes from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM. Please note, delays may occur when the Hallandale Beach Drawbridge is up.

- Courtesy Beach Service: Enjoy complimentary umbrellas and chairs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Esteban’s Place. Remember, it's first come, first serve with a maximum capacity of 60 chairs, so get there early to grab your spot!

!IMPORTANT! Please be advised that Beachwalk Resort has mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate displayed on this platform. These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property. Below are the list of mandatory fees:



Resort Fee (Daily Charge):



• 1 to 7 nights: $30/day + tax



• 8 to 14 nights: $25/day + tax



• 15 to 29 nights: $20/day + tax



• 30+ nights: $300/month + $10 for each additional day + tax





Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable):



• A refundable $250 deposit is required at check-in.



• Refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no damages are found. Processing time may vary by financial institution.





Valet Parking (Optional):



• 1–7 days: $28/day per vehicle



• 8–10 days: $25/day per vehicle



• 11–19 days: $250/stay per vehicle



• 20–30 days: $295/stay per vehicle

Package Handling:



• $5 per package + tax



• Pick-up available from 9 AM – 5 PM



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in instructions will be sent on your check-in day after the unit has been cleaned and inspected. We're here for you 24/7, but we also respect your privacy so you can fully relax and enjoy your stay.
