Spectacular Wolf and Subzero gourmet kitchen, huge California King bed with super soft linens, not to be confused with neighboring buildings, we are oceanfront property. And Not to be compared to other units in the building! We are the Best.. Please join our family by staying in our loved unit.

OUR UNIT IS FACING SOUTH WITH CRUISE SHIP OCEANFRONT VIEWS...THIS UNIT IS AMAZING FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS...
SOUTH SIDE IS DIRECTLY OVER POOL DECK, IF YOU ARE TOO LOW OF A FLOOR YOU WILL HEAR THE CHILDREN AND POOL ACTION. IF YOU ARE TOO HIGH YOU LOSE ALL SENSE OF THE BEACH AND SURROUNDING AREAS.

IF YOU BOOK ANOTHER UNIT AND ITS FACING NORTH YOU MUST GET A HIGH FLOOR SINCE THE APOGEE BEACH CONDOS WILL BLOCK YOUR VIEW OF THE OCEAN...

So do yourself a favor and book our unit, it is family owned, loved, and lived in by caring people like you...that's why you are even looking at our unit, because you want a great property for a fantastic experience for you family....

The daily $40 resort fee + tax will be collected at the front desk during check in, this fee is not included in our posted rate and is collected for all units regardless of how you book...this fee covers all the onsite amenities including 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 2 beach towels, 9th floor pool deck, sun up to sun down chaise lounges, 24hr fitness center with onsite, high speed wireless internet, full access to press reader app, local and toll free calls.

An early check-in fee will apply. from 1 to 4 hours will be $80. From 5 to 8 hours will be $120 Please note that early check in or check out has to be approved within 24 hours since we offer instant booking on all advertising plataforms. However, this request is not guaranteed, especially in high season, therefore, we recommend to book the night before for early morning arrivals.

A Late check-out fee will be apply the same fees as check in up to $120. in addition the HOA at front desk will apply a mandatory $40 extra for late check out.

We offer only 1 hour complimentary check-in or check-out only if the unit is available and upon request.

Get ready for an amazing time, you will absolutely Love It...we already have guests pre booking for next year's stay in advance, we get rave reviews about our unit. There's nothing better than to get a personal note or call from a guest who wants to pre book 908 the same time next year 2469924...so I can only say that our unit will not be listed online for long since it has a strong location and guest satisfaction.

In fact I asked the front desk about how the busy the building is, an he replied, " #7's are always full, wish the entire building was All #7's... When you book with us, you are guaranteed a #7 Line

Peaceful Getaway with Stunning Views

My husband and I just spent the last 4 days at this beautiful ocean view condo, and it exceeded our expectations. It was exactly as pictured—if not better! The view of the ocean and city skyline was absolutely stunning and made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The condo was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of extra storage. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, from cookware to utensils. We truly felt at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic getaway!

Wonderful stay, easy beach access, do your homework on the resort.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the unit and the hosts very highly. Nancy and Garrett went above and beyond to accommodate us. Specifically, they made arrangements to receive some tickets that were being dropped off for us ahead of time. We had one small maintenance item that was taken care of quickly and without issue. The unit is exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, fully equipped for our needs. The bed was very comfortable. AMAZING porch view. The only criticism has nothing to do with the hosts or the unit itself - however the LYFE property is very very busy. Granted, we came during the F1 race, not sure how that affected things but even when we left it was still rocking. Because of this, the property operations struggle. It took us 40 minutes to valet our car on Friday. There is no self parking allowed. Fine. The valet is using a mobile phone payment processor (needs to be upgraded) and required a separate entry from the guest. So it took a long time. But the valet is something to plan for if you are driving. Also, the elevators were a problem. We waited 10-15 minutes almost every day during busy times. Note the 40/day resort fee, which we were happy to pay. However, I think the information on the unit list there are guaranteed chairs for every unit. The staff told us all chairs were first come first served and no ability to reserve chairs. Not a problem, but worth noting. Would definitely come again!

Fantastic property & great responsive owner

Nancy Garrett, the owner was very responsive & offered many area recommendations due to it was our first time to visit Hollywood. The property was exceptional. We stayed in 2707 and the condo was exceptional. Loved the view of sitting on the patio enjoying the beach and the ocean in the daytime and the city lights at night.

The Hyde

Good balcony overlook for both, the ocean and the city. The condo was mostly clean. The kitchen was well set with everything one may need. Friendly staff. Crowded elevators. Overly expensive resort as far as food and drinks go. Valley parking is somewhat convenient when you get into the resort, yet not so much when you need to leave to go somewhere. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Wonderful place with gorgeous view!

We had a fantastic time staying at the Hyde in Nancy's place. Her unit was spotless and the view was spectacular. Every morning and evening we sat on the balcony overlooking the ocean and the gorgeous view surrounding us. The rest of the time we were at the beach, where we were provided with chairs and an umbrella every day. The unit had everything we needed. The appliances are high end, it is well stocked, and everything worked perfectly. Nancy was on hand to answer any questions we had. We genuinely felt cared for. This is the unit to stay in at the Hyde. Thank you Nancy!

Amazing place and location - it’s the view!

I loved this place! We had an absolutely amazing stay! The views from the balcony are the best I have ever seen! Sunrise over the ocean every morning and sunsets over the causeway every night. The condo was so peaceful and everything was perfect! We had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. You get beach chairs and an umbrella at the beach. The pool is fun! The 9th floor restaurant is so yummy!!! Being on the 27th floor was great - quiet and can sit only the balcony to enjoy the weather, the people watching and each other’s company. The place is very modern and comfy. Our only complaint is the coffee maker is a keurig…we are coffee snobs though. :-)
