Family vacation getaway

We had a great stay here! The apartment was very comfortable and about 100 yards walk to the beach if that. Everything was pretty conveniently located for dining and groceries and my wife loved having Starbucks a couple blocks away! Overall it was perfect for our family getaway for a week!

Convenient location next to the beach. Quiet and relaxing beach compared to South beach. Apartment great for space with all the expected facilities. Great place however walls and ceilings could do with a new coat of paint to give it a fresher look.

Check in process was terrible. If you arrive after 4:30, you have to wait until next day to get key fobs and bracelets and pay them more money, wasting an hour of my vacation time in long line. Staff not very friendly. Could’ve been more communication with host. Cleanliness was a plus. Vending machines would’ve been nice and single coffee maker in room. They provided towels but no washcloths.

Room was clean but the A/C was too cold in the master bedroom and too hot in the second room. We also had a real estate agent with potential buyers show up and try to convince us to allow them in to view the apartment (they were at the incorrect unit). The front desk staff was rude as well.

The condo is at the end of the building closest to the beach which give us a very good view of the beach and ocean from either the balcony or the full height window in the master bedroom.

Realmente NO lo recomiendo, no solo se encontraba sucio tanto pisos, cocina en gral, muebles, cajones para guardado de ropa, sino también mucho humedad y olor en todos los ambientes, a pesar que estaba lleno de perfumes para disimularlo e incluso un humificador grande eléctrico. Por otro lado, nos tocó días frescos y no cuenta con calefacción excepto dos caloventores que nos ofrecieron luego de pedirlo. Nos hemos hospedado en otro departamento del mismo edificio y las condiciones fueron totalmente diferentes. Por otra parte, no hay relación precio calidad

Good area, easy to get in and out. Two bedrooms with full bathrooms. Big fridge, good TV , comfy bed. Needs a repaint, walls are scuffed and ceilings needs some attention. No soaps or amenities for the shower. Beautiful apartment just needs a little care.

Staff was rude, apartment was not as pictured i.e. no table on balcony, no tv in 2nd bedroom. Kitchen chairs were in poor shape - backs very unsteady. Furniture was in poor condition over all. There was not a "store" on grounds as advertised. Owner did not meet us to show us around property or to explain things in the apartment. Handle hanging off bthroom drawer, moldy ceiling in master bath, kitchen cupboards were in need of updating and cleaning. Toilet in 2nd bathroom did not work properly. No private beach area. Host/owner did not leave enough papertowel, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent or garbage bags causing us to go to the store for these items. We did ask at front desk about the above mentioned supplies an were told to go to the store. Parking/valet is very poorly executed. Only 1 elevator was in working order our entire stay. Pool area needs updates and to be open later for guest as it closes at dusk (630 pm while we were there).

Never rent Apartment just hotel from now on...

Well we had to seat outside for 3 hours till the lady of the apartment send us a confirmation threw email and then the lady at the Desk was Nasty kicked my 82 old grandfather out the door bc he was talking to her...Get to the apartment no TV No Internet the AC was on 75 all night and all day after going to the beach in the Hot came back to a Hot apartment!! Texted the lady never responded back after the first night!!!

Ett skämt, det var inget hotell. Vi blev inte insläppta förrän efter en mail-konversation med lägenhetsinnehavaren. Lägenheten var jättesnygg och stor, trevligt inredd. Men tyvärr inte städad, svarta hårstrån och myror överallt. Vi checkade ut i förtid, det kliade överallt när man sov.
