Great apartment located in SIAN resort! Pool, gym, party room, computer office and DIRECT EXIT TO THE BEACH!
This apt fits 4, has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped for you to use.

Guests must pay for a $20 FOB for every 2 people, must be over 21 and show matching ID to the reservation. You'll be required to provide full name of your party prior to your arrival.
Valet parking has a cost of $10 per day
Laundry machine in the building accepts bills of $5, $10, & $20, Credit Cards, or mobile app option.
If the guest purchases items through any online store there is a $5 fee per package
Pool is open from sunrise to sunset

Great views!

Very spacious mm and comfortable! Great views of Ocean and also Inter-Coastal. Stores and restaurants at proximity. Would definite recommendation it

Good beach location

This is a nice property. The location is great and access to the beach was really the highlight for us. Pots/pans in the room need to be replaced and proximity to the street was louder than we thought it was going to be. Gym equipment could use an upgrade but all worked. Overall we were happy with the stay for what we paid.

Cockroaches in the apartment

The experience was bad. The “Rentandfun “ company is that kind of company I never recommend to anybody. We checked into the property with lots of cockroaches . The company has no working email,don’t answer the phone,just chat. They offered the deal for us - we should leave
