Resort Fee (charged at check-in):

-1 to 14 days: $40/day plus tax

-15 to 29 days: $35/day plus tax

-30+ days: $30/day plus tax



Valet Parking:

- 1-7 days: $35/day plus tax

- 8+ days: $30/day plus tax

-Monthly rate: $650 plus tax

-6+ month stay: $480/month plus tax

Unauthorized late check-outs after 11:00 AM will incur a penalty fee of $100 for each hour or partial hour beyond the designated check-out time.

Important Policies:

Smoke-Free Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A 500 USD recovery fee applies for any violation.

Quiet Hours & Parties: Parties and loud music are not permitted at any time to respect our community.

Reservation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel any stay immediately without a refund if these policies are violated.

- Damage waiver for reservation per company policy is USD $99 listed in platform when possible, and is included in the total price shown.

- Hotel will take a deposit hold on a credit card for incidentals. It will be released upon check-out and may take between 3-5 business days to return to your card.

- To ensure you have a perfect stay, Zen Vacation Rentals may occasionally reassign your booking to an equal or higher-category unit at no extra cost. This usually happens for a free upgrade or to allow for necessary maintenance, always keeping your comfort as our top priority.
