"Parking is badly run and very, very expensive; very long wait times for access to the property and the retrieval of our car took 30 minutes. Food/bar offerings are poor and the service is bad. I ordered a steak that was like shoe leather and the bartender didn’t know how to make a gin and tonic. There were no Kleenex in the room. This a tired and poorly staffed/run place. It’s too bad because I like and often stay at Hyatt properties. "

"Tiny and overpriced, with hardly any room to breathe. The location is excellent, which is really the only standout feature; it feels like a trade-off. Free breakfast was a small plate with 3 fixed things. We had to purchase things separately. Overall, I wouldn’t book it again. We visited on a quiet weekday, and even a basic upgrade cost hundreds of dollars."

"Pool area was nice, but pool wasn't so clean as the water was cloudy. Room was spacious and nice, comfortable beds only thing was that our shower head had weak water pressure. Other than those two minor things, the hotel was definitely worth it. Will definitely recommend stay there."

"The hotel room is only made for 1 person- max. It is a very small room and the toilet / shower combo room is very small. For this being a Marriott property, I was extremely disappointed as far as the service went. Every single employee looked miserable and we didn’t encounter anyone during our stay who smiled or offered assistance. There seemed to be someone “at the front desk” (self-service computers), however, they acted irritated if you needed Assistance. I also never saw a manager during our time at the hotel."
