The location is great, and the great part is that it has a pool and a gym. The gym was helpful because it was raining a lot the days we were there. The location has a valet and it's convenient. Also 24 hrs Walgreens 2 min walk. Beach is very close too.The communication with the property manager could be better, we had alarm chirping, told about it, but had to really force the fixing it. If I wasn't persistent about it, we would have to listen to the sound of chirping all night. We told about it in AM, at 10 pm the reception told us that no one was told to come and we have to wait till AM and this wasn't working for us. We forced a call to manager and someone came to fix it. Also, we were not told in check in instructions that we had to show ID to reception. We arrived at 3 am, and someone knocked on our door at 3:30 am requesting showing ID (no one was at the reception when we arrived). If this was a part of check-in, this must have been disclosed.Checkout was listed at 11 am, and I got a message the day of checkout that it's 10 am, and I said that the listing says 11. They said ok, but 11 am was listed to begin with...At 10:58 am, the cleaning was already there, knocking on the door...Other than those events, everything else is great at this location, and we would come again knowing how this runs now.
