- Mandatory Fee -

- Resort fee: $35 per night plus taxes (Payable directly with the Hyde Beach House).
- Paid Valet Parking: $40 per day (Payable directly with the Hyde Beach House).
- In addition, please note that there is a security deposit, the amount depending on the number of nights stayed:
• 1 to 6 nights: $110 per night.
• 7 nights or more: $55 per night.

- Rooftop Pools:
Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and city skyline while lounging by the rooftop pools. These serene spaces offer a perfect escape to relax under the sun, complete with comfortable seating and cabanas.

- Gym:
The fully equipped fitness center features state-of-the-art exercise equipment, including cardio machines, free weights, and resistance training options.

- Spa:
Indulge in a range of rejuvenating treatments at the luxurious spa. From massages to facials and body treatments, the spa is designed to provide a tranquil oasis where you can unwind and recharge.

- On-Site Restaurants:
Enjoy culinary delights at three on-site restaurants, each offering a unique dining experience.

- Beach Service:
Relax at the beach with complimentary service that includes two beach chairs and one umbrella, all included with the resort fee. Additional chairs and umbrellas are available for rent, ensuring your comfort as you soak up the sun.

- Tennis Court:
Engage in a friendly match or practice your serve on the well-maintained tennis court. Whether you’re a seasoned player or a beginner, this amenity provides a great way to stay active and enjoy the outdoors.

- Basketball Court:

Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the Hyde Resort & Residences offers a wealth of activities right there and in the surrounding area and easy access to the best shopping and dining Miami and Fort Lauderdale have to offer.
The Aventura Mall is about 20 minutes´ drive; the beach is just steps away. Guests of the resort can also quickly get to the Gulfstream Park (minutes away), Art and Culture Center, and plenty of other places of interest (restaurants, malls, golf parks, bars and clubs).

Getting Around:
Hallandele beach, Boxroom Escape Games,Gulfstream Park,Hollywood Beach,Wild Lime Adventures,Hollywood Parasail.

Other Things to Note:
Must consider a Resort fee of $35 per night plus taxes and valet services for $ 40 per day payable directly with the HYDE BEACH HOUSE RESORT.

Upon arrival, the apartment will be provided with basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day.

We kindly inform you that this is a private residence owned by the Hyde Beach House Family, and it operates independently from The Hyde Beach House Hotel management. Additionally, please be aware that a security deposit is required to be paid directly to the front desk to cover any potential damages.

Please note that the parking will only fit standard-size cars. Oversized vehicles won´t have space to be parked.

Please note that the value of valet parking for oversized vehicles has a different cost. This must be consulted in the building at the time of check-in.

Please be aware that the property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether they were left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
