部屋のベットが寝返りする時軋む、 コンセントも片方側、電気も少なく暗い、 1番はク―ラ―のききすぎ。 寒いと言い弱めてもらうようにしましたが、寒く毛布をもらいましたが、ダウンをきたまま寝てちょうどよいくらいでした。 もう1日泊まるようならばキャンセルしたと思います。

Room was clean, but very dingy and ran down, and also old, makes the cleanliness seem not clean, faucets were spraying water, cracks and missing porcelain on tub, plug was missing out of sink, and like I said, his old and dinged so didn’t feel clean, beds are hard as a rock along with the pillows, there is no controlled A/C so it was either FREEZING when building activated A/C or BURNING cause it wasn’t on, no fans either, and windows did open, but there was no screen or safety blanket? So you could literally fall STORIES if left open… also don’t bother asking any staff for assistance as every time I did they irritably took their headphones out of their ear like I was an inconvenience, lastly we booked this place with the elevator for a member who is disabled, but apparently the elevator has been out of service for years, so our guest had to find another hotel last minute to stay at that could accommodate, and we weren’t offered any refunds

Vintage boutique hotel. Great aesthetics. CJ CLAM BAR right next door. EXCELLENT food. Staff is WONDERFUL. EVERYTHING is within a 5 minute walk.

When booking, the website said the rooms were renovated and because we were across the street practically on the beach, I was excited and looking forward to the stay! When we arrived they discounted us the $25 check-in fee due to their elevator not working. The staff was very nice and apologetic. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The bathtubs needed caulking and were worn (the ceramic or paint was coming off) The night stands next to the beds were dirty, worn, and outdated. The walls were dirty. It was freezing in our rooms and we were unable to control the temperature, we were told to close the vent (eyeroll)! The only thing that was good about the stay was the convenience of the location.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was too frustrating not to share. From the moment I walked in, it was one issue after another. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude and unwelcoming, acting as if I was inconveniencing her. I asked about early check-in and was bluntly told no. We waited in the lobby for a while and checked again before heading out for lunch, but she didn’t even ask for my phone number to notify me when the room was ready. When I requested a call, she had me write my number on a Post-it note, which felt unprofessional. While waiting, I used the lobby restroom, and it was absolutely disgusting—honestly shocking. I’ve never seen a public restroom in that condition. When our room was finally ready on the third floor, we found out the elevator was out of service and had to carry our large luggage up three flights of stairs. Later, when I went to get ice, there was no information anywhere. After going back downstairs, I was told the ice machine was broken and there was no ice available. It didn’t get better from there. My husband went to shower and found that most of the towels were stained. Then at night, we realized the hotel is next to a very noisy area. There were people outside arguing, revving cars, and blasting music well into the night. Even with the windows closed and earplugs in, the noise was constant. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

Elevator didn't work, staff seemed uninterested in answering questions or concerns. The hotel had a strange odor throughout the hotel. furniture in lobby was old, dated and dirty.

No TP. Asked for clean towels and they said they were in laundry. Window had a crack. Smelled cigarette smoke all day. They turned the AC off at night and got so hot. No shower door.

The view was great, the staff was great. Location was ok. It was close to the beach and restaurants, which was great, but if you need an early bed-time, the party goes on until early in the morning. No ceiling fan or AC control so keep those blinds/curtains shut. For an overnight stay, it was perfect.

Although there was the minor inconvenience of the elevator being out of order, the room temp on the third floor was perfect! And we can’t speak enough about the perfect location. Plenty of things to do, beaches, the Miami Beach sign, and lots of nearby shopping and restaurants to choose from. A pleasant surprise, after reading too many negative reviews. The only downside related to the location is the loud party atmosphere, unless that is what you are coming for. The music and street noise on the streets below echo into the room late into the night. But this is to be expected for the location, so I can’t complain too much.

Good size room. Super clean. Polite staff. The hotel is dated and could use an update. But it was a good choice for Me and my daughters to be on the beach. The Valet was not out when we pulled up so we ended up self parking around the corner at the Miami lot. Was nervous leaving my car but was all good. And cheaper! ($20 vs $50)

To start with, the elevator was out of order and had to carry 3 large bags up 3 flights of stairs. The room we were in had not been cleaned. The toilet was clogged and filled with feces. There was no one on site who would plunge the toilet. I had to plunge it my self and then get into a cleaning closet to get supplies to sanitize the bathroom afterwards. There denied there was any other room and no effort was made to make the situation better. Do not stay at this property.

The room was a good size. We had 2 rooms on different floors. The room on the first floor had its on A/C to accommodate your own temperature. The room on the second floor did not have its own thermostat and we froze. Also, the elevator was broken and no staff to carry your bags. It’s not luxury. The beds are hard and the pillows are rocks.

view of the beach was great, the room was freezing though, we tried to adjust the temp, got extra blankets, slept in a hoodies, but felt good after hot sun, the elevator didn’t work but it’s really second floor. I don’t think you need it anyway. Charming, little old, but the price was great and staff friendly and super nice.
