  • Gorgeous and spacious one bedroom apartment. Master bedroom has a king size bed. One bathroom. Ocean views. Sofa bed in living room comfortable for 1 person. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Community laundry room at same floor.

    Located at 15th floor at 3901, Tides building. A family orientated building with direct access to the beach.

    Centrally located 10 minutes from Hollywood Boardwalk, 15 minutes from Aventura Mall, 20 minutes from Ft Lauderdale Airport, 2 minutes from Walmart and restaurants, supermarkets, and shops.


    Additional fees at property: PARKING - one week (1-7 days) $75, two weeks (8 -14 days) $100, three weeks (15-21 days) $125, four weeks (22-31 days) $150. ELECTRONIC FOB - $40 per every 2 adults. The building charges $5 for online shopping packages received. Daily cleaning not included, but can be booked for an additional cost.
