About this property

Zaterra — Full Three-Story House in Roma Norte

  • Summary:

Located in the heart of Roma Norte, one of Mexico City's most sought-after neighborhoods, Zaterra is a full three-story house designed to host large groups and families traveling together. The property features seven bedrooms and fifteen beds arranged in a flexible layout that combines private rooms with shared spaces perfect for socializing. Its garden and furnished patio offer outdoor corners to unwind without ever leaving the house, while its location puts some of the city's best cafés, restaurants, and galleries within walking distance. With room for up to 20 guests, Zaterra is the perfect choice for family gatherings, group retreats, or extended stays in one of the capital's most vibrant areas.

    The Space:

Zaterra is spread across three floors and offers a versatile mix of bedrooms and beds to suit different types of groups. Bedroom #7 features a king bed, ideal as the primary suite; bedrooms #1 and #2 each pair a queen bed with a sofa bed, well suited for couples traveling with kids; bedrooms #3, #4, #5, and #6 each have a queen bed; and bedrooms #8 through #13 are furnished with sofa beds, adding extra flexibility for larger groups. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and are accessible without climbing stairs — a good option for guests who prefer to avoid the upper levels. The house has a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, mini fridge, blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cookware, dishes and silverware) and a dining table, ideal for preparing and sharing group meals. The outdoor spaces — garden and furnished patio — add to the common areas, bringing in natural light and fresh air throughout the stay. There's also a desk and laptop-friendly workspace for guests combining their trip with remote work.

    Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house: all 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area, garden, and patio. The property has a private entrance and a smart lock, allowing for self check-in without needing to coordinate an in-person key handoff. Luggage drop-off is allowed before check-in or after check-out.

    The Neighborhood:

Roma Norte is widely regarded as one of Mexico City's most vibrant and cosmopolitan neighborhoods, located within the Cuauhtémoc borough. Its Art Nouveau and Art Deco architecture sits alongside a steady stream of specialty coffee shops, chef-driven restaurants, cocktail bars, and independent art galleries. A short walk away are Parque México and Parque España, two of the area's most iconic green spaces, surrounded by terraces and boutique shops. The neighborhood is also a cultural hub, with design markets, bookstores, and an active nightlife scene that draws both locals and international visitors.

    Getting Around:

Roma Norte is a highly walkable neighborhood, with easy access to Metrobús stations along Avenida Insurgentes and Metro stations (such as Insurgentes and Sevilla), making it easy to reach Centro Histórico, Zona Rosa, Condesa, and Paseo de la Reforma without a car. Rideshare services (Uber, Didi) are widely available in the area. The property does not have on-site parking; parking is on the street, paid via the corresponding parking meter. Mexico City International Airport is approximately 30–40 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.

    Other Things to Note:

The property is a three-story house; accessing most bedrooms requires using stairs, with the exception of two bedrooms located on the ground floor.

There is no on-site parking; guests must park on the street and pay at the parking meter.
