The Accommodation
The house is part of a complex of four independent homes accessed through the main courtyard. You won’t share any interior spaces with anyone else, so you’ll have complete privacy. For now, check-in requires some assistance from the host to hand over the key to the main gate; once you have the key, you’re free to come and go as you please without needing to coordinate with the host.

This April marks our first year on Airbnb, and we’ve made improvements to offer better service, so you can rest assured that you’ll have:

♦ Free parking on the property, subject to availability. If parking isn’t available, we offer parking at the neighboring guesthouse for $70 per night.
♦ High-speed internet is available with signal boosters on every floor.
♦ Hot water is available in all bathrooms and at all faucets throughout the house.
♦ Cleaning standards are high; the provided linens and towels are washed and changed for each guest and disinfected at high temperatures.
♦ The house is ideal for small, healthy gatherings in a quiet and safe environment, provided the established rules are followed.
♦ Max is the family’s pet—a very loving Golden Retriever whom you may get to meet if he isn’t away on a trip.

Guest Access
The house features a living room, kitchen-dining area, two full bathrooms with hot water, two bedrooms, a small workspace with a desk, a laundry room, and an upper terrace or rooftop. All areas may be used in accordance with the established rules.

Free parking is available on the property, subject to availability, so please inquire before booking. If parking is not available on the property, parking is offered at a cost of $70 per night at the guesthouse located directly across from the house.

♦ It’s important that when you make your reservation, you specify the number of guests who will be staying, since the platform sets a flat rate per night for 1 to 4 people (adults), and the fifth person is considered an additional guest, which results in an extra charge that you’ll see when you make your payment.
