Very nice hotel
This hotel is very clean, modern and strong. Even in the week of the big earthquake in September, I didni't feel scared in this nice hotel.

価格と価値のバランス
WESTINホテルにはそれなりのおもてなしを期待していた。まずチェックイン時のフロントデスクは愛想が無い。それに「English　Please」と言ってもSpsnishで説明する（時々Englishi）。WESTINホテルのフロントならEnglishレベルを期待したい。 また大人２人で予約しているのだが、スリッパもバスローブも一人分しか無い。まるでシングルユースの様であった。また他の ５スターホテルに比べてアメニティ一も低い（他の３スターホテルレベルと同等レベル）。バスタブも無い。 場所や部屋から景色は良いし綺麗であり清潔感はあるが、総合的に価格の価値はあるとは感じなかった。マリオット、シャエラトン、インターコンチネンタルの方が価格は安くで上のクラスの様に思う。

Las instalaciones sin servicio adecuado: la llave de la regadera no funcionaba, el agua salía sin presion, las toallas y sábanas muy viejas y desgastadas, el mini bar no tenía completo el set para el café, extremadamente elevado el precio del restaurante y room service.

My wife and I planned a weekend at the westin, just the 2 of us. We choose the Westin cause other times that we had stayed here we had a lovely time. This time was different.

The valet driver hit my car in the right front tire. The rim is damaged. I called the hotel ay they say they would investigate since they have cameras. I am still waiting for their call. I had a terrible experience!

Excelente todo, tenía mucho tiempo sin quedarme en este hotel y la verdad es que siguen cuidando mucho los detalles, higiene, servicio, pero sobre todo la comodidad de Westin es inigualable.
