Todo muy bien siempre en este hotel, el cuarto es muy amplio y muy cómodo para ir con dos niños. La atención es muy buena, pero sobre todo Victor tiene un gran espíritu de servicio y excelencia con todos siempre.

Top notch 👍, just fox AC pls!

This hotel is fantastic. Ample very complete gym. And currently they are hosting Orange theory sessions on site too. (Note this is temporary as the orange gym site nearby is closed) but hope they keep it even as a reduce option. But as stated they Sheraton gym is very complete, just no classes pr coaching. Rooms are ample, clean, modern, great size tv and very comfortable firm bed. My problem was the AC never cooled the room. I opted to have it off as it was cooler that way. Front desk assured they would check AC in room 614. The walk in shower is spotless, ample and with great water pressure. Toiletries is what brings up this hotel. A disposable razor is already there. Great restaurant, currently with limited menu. Also a great lounge bar once covid guidelines allow opening. A coffee place, pharmacy and other restaurants are a very short walk from the hotel. Common areas with water features are very well kept and relaxing. And then comes the value for your money, which is the reason of my rating. I loved my time here ( once the AC gets fixed, this hotel will be flawless) ❤

Lindo hotel, con personal muy dedicado y atentos. La habitación que me fue asignada – 801 – tenía una vista panorámica impresionante! La tina de hidromasaje también es muy relajante. El sistema de aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y además las ventanas tienen una pequeña apertura en su parte inferior que permite la circulación de aire, algo que se aprecia mucho en tempos de pandemia. Sobre servicios, es difícil calificarlos porque esta misma pandemia ha impedido que el hotel pudiera presentarme la totalidad de lo que ofrecen. Directamente no tienen alberca, pero mismo que tuvieran no seria posible utilizarla por impedimento de ley en el momento. Solo haría algunas observaciones respecto a mi estancia – en las noches veía flashes de luz desde la calle hacia mi habitación – de hecho, a todo el hotel – y creo que era la vigilancia del edificio enfrente – pero es algo molesto. La SmartTV se conecta correctamente al teléfono, pero existen restricciones de uso. Por ejemplo, no podía escuchar música al menos que la tele estuviera forzosamente en una pantalla fija de la tele. Lo mismo ocurre con streaming, que está limitado a Netflix y YouTube, excluyendo otras opciones de servicios que uno podria tener (como Disney ). Tras 2 días de estancia, las opciones de entretenimiento disponibles se volvieron algo aburridas. De cualquier forma, un muy buen hotel, seguramente. Muy recomendable!
