There is only one smallish elevator shared by the building but this never became an issue. I really liked the rooftop here. They had power outlets to be able to work from the roof, while soaking in a little sun. The laundry access was so helpful, and they had free detergent during my stay. I also felt very safe in this neighborhood. The location was quite good for me, as it was a short walk to the beautiful Lincoln Park and all the restaurants Polanco has to offer. Would easily stay here again...

Very nice and clean apartment. It’s location in Polanco is excellent. My only issue was that it was very hot and the apartment didn’t have a fan. Had to request a fan in order to sleep to the reception several times until they gave me one a day later.

The apartment is cute, walking distance within Polanco restaurants and shopping area, quick response and service..... Mexico City is a very HOT city this apartment does not have Air Conditioner only fan. So I wouldn't stay here again it was super hot even with a cold shower did not help.

Great Property location and excellent space. No temperature regulation in the Unit even though the benign climate of DF. Serious Noise caused by the sliding Garage doors that can be hear at any time they use it particularly in lower floor Units. Annoying. great Service by Unit Administrators and Concierges.

My 4-days stay was ok because of the location was conveniente and its in a quiet neighborhood. There were 3 problems: I found hair in the shower as soon as I arrived, the property ran out of water in the cistern on my first night and the nespresso machine didn’t function. I reported the problem at the front desk in my first morning and they didn’t follow, i did it again on my last day, they answered but i was about to leave the property… i wish you a better luck if you book this property

We spent 5 nights at the Kukun. Our experience was horrible: -No Air Conditioning: The hotel lacks A/C altogether. Mexico City can become hot during spring -summer, so this is unacceptable. To exacerbate matters, the city’s notorious smog prevented us from opening the windows for fresh air. -No Water: on our last night, the hotel ran out of water (yes seriously!). No contingency plans in place. According to the hotel staff, this water shortage was due a restriction imposed by the city. While it’s true that Mexico City faces water scarcity, why didn’t the hotel prepare for such an eventuality if everyone knew about this? They assured us that a “water truck” was en route to replenish our supply, but this was a lie. The hotel’s lack of proactive measures was disappointing and when things went south definitely, they did not even offer a bottle of water to allow us to brush our teeth. -Unprofessional Staff: they displayed uncooperative and unprofessional behavior. Despite being a native Spanish speaker myself, we faced indifference and blank stares when addressing our concerns. Not a single manager was available, they just ignored us. We sought advice from licensed tourist guides. Their amazement and embarrassment confirmed that Kokum’s treatment of tourists was far from acceptable. They recommended filing a formal complaint with the Official Tourist Office to hold Kokum accountable for failing to meet expected standards.
