The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good, the area was super convenient, everything is nearby, and I felt very safe. The room was clean, and the hotel in general was great, especially the pool, which I used once even though it was cold. Overall, a very good choice.

This was my second time here, and it was again amazing. Room was pristine - was very lucky to be on the top floor so the street noise didn’t bother me at night - and service from staff impeccable and prompt. Breakfast was also amazing. I absolutely loved how they had a filtered water fountain in the lobby to fill my water bottles, saved a bit of $$ from buying water bottles when exploring during the day. Will always stay at this hotel when traveling to CDMX!!
