Fue un poco incómodo porque las toallas para el baño que manejan son muy viejas y desgastadas, si estaban limpias pero creo que ya deben cambiarlas, la campana de la cocina no funcionaba bien y el humo de la comida por poco enciende el detector de humo, de ahí en más la comida para el desayuno estuvo rica, la atención y limpieza muy bien.

Me quedé en una suite la cual hubiera estado excelente si no hubiera sido porque estaba realmente sucio todo, el piso, el baño asqueroso lleno de pelos, las sábanas sucias, manchadas y terrible olor, las camas, las almohadas, tuve que comprar almohadas, los trastes en la cocineta estaban viejos y había solo una cuchara y tres cuchillos, el refri sucio, aparte la televisión de uno de los cuartos solo sirvió un día, lo reporte varias veces y nunca lo arreglaron, los últimos dos días los enchufes de toda la habitación no funcionaban ni el aire acondicionado pasamos una pésima noche, aparte el muchacho que estaba en la recepción tuvo una pésima actitud casi culpándonos de haber conectado algo con mucha carga, y solo teníamos conectados teléfonos y durante la noche porque no estuvimos en todo el día, lástima de la ubicación y podría ser muy buen hotel, íbamos a reservar 40 familias para una convención pero por nuestra experiencia no lo vamos a hacer.

Hotel agradable y cerca de la expo bancomer

Aunque sólo fue para descansar estuvo agradable las habitaciones son enormes y conviene ir con más personas para aprovechar los espacios y además se encuentra cerca del centro comercial más importante de santa fe

HOTEL CON EXCELENTE UBICACION...

Acudimos al DF a la carpa Santa FE, alojarme en este hotel nos permitió desplazarnos fácilmente a nuestro evento y regresar rápidamente. También muy cerca de los centros comerciales.

Terrible policy cancellation.

I had to change my trip duration, from 3 to 2 days, I had have already booked. The policy says you need to notify 48 hours about your check out late, I was not even there by that time. I called Expedia and the hotel manager refused to refund, I talked to the manager and accepted to refund so I left the hotel, and one week later he just changed his mind!!!!

Nice room with a good business location

The hotel itself lacks curb appeal and has dark interior, but once I opened the door to my room I was thrilled by large comfortable accommodations. The room was clean, but I did have to squirrel with the coax cable to get good reception. Although there are just a few restaurants within walking distance, the 24 hour market downstairs helps in a pinch. Overall I would stay here again.

Receptionist was negative at check in - no rooms available until 3pm - period. Paid 50 extra and entered at 1pm. Bathroom stank. Remodelling on floor above - so constant hammering in daylight hours.

サンタフェに住んでいる妹がいたのでここにしました。 チェックアウトの時間がエクスペディアに表記されていた１２時ではなく１１時だったことで余計な出費となり、後悔… チェックインの時の書類にはそうあったことがわかったが、こちらに控えは渡されないので要注意！

Perfect for relocation travel

This is one of the only long-term/extended stay hotels in the area. The rooms are very comfortable. We chose a 2 bedroom and found it very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, and we found the location to be excellent.

Good Stay at HauSuites

The front desk staff was very helpful and requests were quickly attended. The room was spacious and comfortable although the beds were slightly hard for my taste. Pool was too chilly to swim for our stay in late March. The neighborhood has many upscale restaurants, shopping and grocery stores within easy walking distance. Daily breakfasts were good with several options offered throughout the week. We would stay again.

Nice hotel for the business traveler

This hotel is aiming at the business traveler working in Santa Fe, so it provides an excellent life away from home. The rooms are extremely roomy, the floor plan very comfortable, and the interior decor very modern.

Bueno yo lo elegí por su calidad precio, la verdad si quieres un apartamento que esta bien a un buen precio, yo recomiendaria este, y debemos recordar que hay una piscina cubierta en el piso 19 que esta súper bien ves las vistas del centro comercial.
