1. Staff could not initially find our reservation 2. First room they provided was dirty and in a construction area. Had to move out. 3. Second room is average. Said to have 2 Queen beds, but fairly certain they were 2 Double beds. Lack of towels. Fought w/staff to obtain additional towels. No kleenex. Light in sink area not working. Toilet seat loose and falling off. Extra Deposit required for TV and A/C remotes. 4. After fighting w/staff for towels, they gave us swimming towels. We were 4 adults and room initially only had 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth. (washcloths are very rare in Mexico?) 5. Swimming pool in April was ice cold. Appeared cloudy (dirty). Had no banisters at either of the stairs going in. First step was rather steep and I sat on ground first before trying to step in. 6. Property is under major construction with remodeling going on in many areas and debris being stored in everywhere. Seemed to be many people staying at the same time and they were outside talking into the night. Difficult to relax. 7. Not likely to return.

Esta propiedad anuncia una habitación con cama Queen size. Cuando llegué, me dijeron que por la tarifa que pagué solo tenía derecho a cama tamaño matrimonial. Como estaba muy cansado tome lo que me ofrecían.

The bed is to small for two people, they leave one towels no hand or floor towel my wife has to be looking for the cleaning lady to get an extra towel, I brought it up to the front desk and they got upset

Me sentí segura y tranquila con el guardia que cuida por la noche. Todo estaba limpio, el baño genial y recién remodelado, la cama agradable y limpia, en recepción son amables y cordiales. El único detalle; la TV que no cambiaba de canales, creo que deberían cambiarla.

The service personnel are very nice and polite also the I love the restaurant Andre New management food is good , the hotel is has a good location near to everything, …. Now what’s needs attention the hotel needs to be updated the rooms need new fixtures, beds , new linens update bathrooms I hope now that is under new management they start doing at least area by area and do a complete renovation of the rooms they are competing with major hotel in same location I won’t mind paying more for a nicer hotel the hotel has great potential to become a #1 hotel in the area thank you

First day tv not working and walked to front desk to ask for help , almost 1 hour after someone went to my room and just turn the tv saying is working and left however remote did not work at all. WiFi never works and is stressful trying to connect all the time and nothing happens. Room with a lot of food stains on walls by sink and a lot of hairs all over the floor. Construction is happing which is good for the hotel but there no signs or heads up at the front desk to be aware of , I couldn’t relax during the morning because right next room was being demolished some parts. My first time there and was bad sadly.
