Located in the heart of the city center, and a 15-minute walk from the train station, you will be just a few minutes away from the Christmas markets and the city's most pleasant squares. A baby seat and an umbrella bed are available on site at no extra charge. Parking is easy, and only a five-minute walk away (it's a pay parking lot in the city).

Professionals will appreciate its high-speed fiber optic wifi.

This apartment has been recently renovated with care, and decorated by an interior designer for optimal comfort. The ambition was to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On the second floor, it offers a breathtaking view of the city. Just a stone's throw from the Tanners' Garden promenade and the German Gate, you are perfectly situated to discover all that the city has to offer.

The kitchen is separate from the living room and has everything you will need, including a dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.

The first physical entry into the apartment is from 4 pm and the departure must be done at 11 am maximum on the day of your departure.

The arrival is done in autonomy. Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive our house guide which will give you all the information to access the apartment very easily.

Die Wohnung selbst war top, sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Auch die Lage innerhalb der Stadt war gut, kurzer Weg zum Place Saint Louise. Schlecht sind die Anfahrtmöglichkeiten, wir haben es weder bei der Anreise noch bei der Abreise geschafft, mit dem Auto direkt vor die Wohnung zu fahren, da man mit dem Auto nicht in die Innenstadt rein kommt. Zum Ein- und Ausladen haben wir dann in der Rue Saulnerie gehalten und das Gepäck die Treppe hoch zur Rue des Murs getragen. Auch der Innenhof von dem Haus war nicht sehr einladend, die offenen Müllsäcke haben da über die vier Tage rumgelegen, entsprechender Geruch inklusive. Die Wohnung selbst ist aber wirklich zu empfehlen, wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen da, für uns perfekt geeignet.

Great flat in a perfect location!
Location, location, location. This was the perfect flat for us in Metz! Close to everything we wanted and easily accessible to get to if needing to take the car for longer excursions. Check-in/check-out could not have been simpler or easier and the apartment itself was excellent! We loved the art displayed throughout and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be booking on our next visit to Metz.

Useful information
There was no information on the fact there was a washing machine in the premises which would have been very useful to know. No salt and pepper or oil which would have been helpful for us who flew there. We arrived on a Sunday and a small welcome pack would have been useful as the shops were all shut. However the apartment was well positioned, clean and we have had a great time. Please note the sink and bath are slow to drain so this may need looked at.
