「We were there for two nights and the stay was OK, the bathroom was not as clean as it could be, and for some reason, even though the soaps were used for one day the next day they threw them out and gave us new boxes of soap. It seemed to be extremely wasteful. 」
「Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in early and keep my bags there after I checked out as I had a late flight and needed a place while I was at the Universal parks.
The window shade would not go up or down but the dark shade worked fine.
The facility was remodeled and felt updated and had everything I needed.
The coffee was subpar in both the room and the complimentary coffee in the lounge area.
