「Great location for walking. The rooms and areas were a bit tired looking and worn, for example the towels were scraggy, there was no where to hang a towel in the bathroom, the lock on the bathroom door was dodgy, but the hotel staff in all areas from reception to the spa and the bistro were extremely friendly and professional. The pool area with the steam room and sauna although a little worn down was a nice welcome after a hike. The bistro evening menu, food and breakfast were all of a high...

「I was going to visit the Brecon Mountain Railway and I needed somewhere close by to stay for the night. Luckily, I chose the Butchers Arms. The room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was filling and tasty and I had breakfast looking across to the start of the Brecon Beacons. The beer was wonderful especially the Butty Bach (little friend in Welsh). 」

「The accommodation was spotlessly clean, cosy and modern. Everything we needed for a long weekend away, the welsh cakes and fresh milk we found on arrival were a fantastic welcome. The car park was a stones throw away and very reasonably priced. We will definitely book again.」

「The room smells clean as you come in, always a great start. Spotlessly clean. Rooms are ensuite with a little kitchen area, all decorated differently. We had a little table to eat at as well. Chocolates and home made Welsh cakes with milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Self check in with a pin code key box. Building felt secure. Great views of the hills from the top room. Street parking available just outside the front door. A couple of convenience stores very close. Great location for visiting...

「フロントはじめ室内における接客対応の良さに感心しました。 乗用車を運転しながらの旅でしたので、 特に滞在初日のホテルの夕食は予約が取れず、夕方にチェックインしました。 夕食会場は満席のようでしたが、フロントの計らいにより別室で、同等メニューの食事が出来ました。 」

「Lovely setting and very friendly staff. Restaurant was quite expensive and one meal was not cooked well. Only one EV charging point that was always in use and we couldn't charge the car.」
