"The property is an old Wisconsin lake front resort. There is no getting around that but they take such good care of the rooms and all of the facilities that it makes up for it. We stayed in a standard room which is obviously older but it’s super clean and really well taken care of. We had Easter brunch which was delicious. If you want an old fashioned Wisconsin lakefront resort vibe this is it."

"We were a group of 8 ladies celebrating a bachelorette party. The house had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. We visited at the end of March so it was still pretty cold which limited our outdoor activities. We really enjoyed using the hot tub though. The backyard is beautiful at night all lit up. We especially enjoyed the 4 seasons room. We spent our nights in there listening to music and playing games. It was so peaceful. The property itself gives a secluded feel while being close enough to downtown Lake Geneva. The host provided everything we needed and was very quick to respond throughout the process. "

"Overall a nice stay. The room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony facing west. The indoor pool at the lodge that we had access to is outdated, and with only a single shower, not very convenient for guests who are staying outside of the lodge. The only issue with the stay was a guest staying above who made very loud steps waking us after midnight and later at 6am. Also, one of the deck chairs had a minor damage to its cushion. "

"It was very easy communicating with AJ. Timely, accurate and detailed responses at all times. He also allowed us to check in a little earlier as the weather was bad.We lived at the property for 1 night - 5 adults and 6 kids. Location is convenient, safe and there is ample street parking.The property and furniture is a little dated. There was no lock in some of the bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom, which made it a little inconvenient in terms of privacy. The carpet in family room could use some cleaning - we rolled it up during our stay. The televisions could be updated as they were old and we could not connect apps on the TVs for kids. Some mattresses were old and worn, but covered in sheets and were ok to sleep on.Kitchen was quite decent. Lots of plates, mugs, condiments. Nice appliances.Overall we had a good stay for 1 night. It snowed in and the home was quite warm."

"Kitchen well equipped ( need teaspoons). Appreciated the water cooler ( solves the problem listed by others re non city/ well? Water). Rooms were spacious. We enjoyed the fire pit, pool table/ air hockey.Host was responsive ( which was good bc we weren't sent code for entry before until we called host- was supposed to come in email day of but didnt). Everything was clean...as others have suggested this home has had some plumbing issues in the past, many areas of wood flooring are uneven. I imagine owners are aware, but just in case... dishwasher works well but when it runs a small amount of water leaks onto the floor. Decor is about hodgepodge but ...Overall an enjoyable stay for all of us!!"
